Said he would replace them with new ones. Took a look at the "new" tubes they replaced and the "Apex" stickers are falling off....never seen "new" tubes do that before. Where are my "broken" tubes and the receipt for the "new" tubes? Could it be the amp tech took off with my new tubes and put in used tubes? My "hi-gain" amp sounded like blues combo amp after the bias. Very dissatisfied. All my volume nobs were exactly the same as I left them which suggest he didn't even test out the amp.

He leveled the frets, adjusted the custom nut, saddle, pins and worked on the back of the neck. It's the best it's ever sounded with a deep residence for a Martin! It never sounded like that before. Ted at TC Guitars made it playable and a joy to pick up! Next, I got my 1978 Ovation 1618 for a tuneup. This amazing 48 year old guitar sounds great and easier to play after Ted's skilled hands made it right. This guitar is a stunner for almost 50 years old and now I really enjoy it! Laura is an awesome person and we were blessed to have found her. The classes are held in an amazing space with tons of parking and different waiting rooms for the parents. It could NOT be more comfortable. Laura's style is fun and exciting. Just what kids need. I remember hating my piano lessons as a kid as I sat week after week playing the most uninteresting songs ever thought up. There is NONE of that with Laura. Kids of all ages will want to come here. I was very glad I did. I wanted to try out the Pearl River brands. I discussed what I was looking for with the manager (Nick), and he led me right to the piano I eventually purchased. It was a great recommendation. I was able to play a variety of different brands and models to compare. They were very accommodating. After thinking about it overnight, I went back and purchased my piano. They worked with me to arrange great financing, and worked with me to come up with a fair delivery charge since I don't live in Fresno. They texted me regularly with updates on the piano delivery, and their delivery staff was top notch. An all around great experience.
