Andrew the partner of the shop is very accommodating, excellent customer service and always keep you up-to-date on your service. We are so glad we found Music N Motion to replace our car stereo. We have a Mercedes ML and the car stereo did not work and we have contacted a few other vendors and they told us we have to take it to a dealer to diagnose first before they could do anything. We found Music N Motion, took the car down and they looked at the car stereo and right away told us they could replace it. This car has a fiber optic stereo system and they knew what to do to install an aftermarket system. On the day of the install we had an emergency with one of my son's car and needed the car back the same day. Andrew and his crew worked till 8pm to finish the car. When we picked up the car he was very patient in showing us the features of the new radio and pairing of the phone. A very clean and professional looking install. I read a few reviews before coming into music n motion and they were very mixed. Some very praiseful and some not so much. The negatives kind of seems a bit exaggerated so I decided to go in anyways. I had two door speakers replaced and a Memphis 12 sub put in. The first week I had it some electrical problems happened, later I found out it was something my Honda dealer had to fix. After fixing my electrical problem Michael had me come back in to check everything out, he was super cool about me coming in a couple times with some questions and whenever I happen to be around the shop he asks how's it all workin out for me and if I ever experience any trouble to come right back in. Basically, the guys at music n motion are awesome and know what they're doing and I felt they valued me as a customer! Went in to MnM with a budget and Mike did a great job getting me as much for that budget as he could. The unit install looks great! The tint looks great as well. Not even any initial bubbles that I have seen in the last on tint in the first 2-3 days. Read my review for Unted Car Stereo before reading this one. Don't waste a drive to United Car Stereo, do yourself a favor and just go straight here lol. Ok, so because of 2 bad experiences at United Car Stereo I had to go elsewhere cuz I was not about to get shafted for a third time. I saw this new place everytime I drove by and wondered if they were any good. I thought my chances here would be way better than going back to United Car Stereo, so I gave them a call. I have a 10' Infiniti free-air sub and wanted them to install it where my Kicker was to replace it. Mike told me to come on down in an hour and I did. Upon arriving he greeted me and checked out what he was gonna work with. ***He frickin' gave me options and told me he would work with my budget*** This is what I'm talkin about, he was engaging, wanted to know what he was dealing with, and wanted to make sure that I got the most out of it...that's frickin' world class customer service right there. He was enthusiastic and really wanted to help me out. So first off when he looked at the Kicker that United Car Stereo installed he said, "Look, they installed it wrong. See how the movement of the speaker is not going outwards? It's going inwards so the proper sound isn't there. Another thing, for these free-air subs to sound decent there can't be any gaps and holes that would diminish the sound." There were frickin screw holes where the Kicker was installed and United Car Stereo didn't bother to plug up the holes nor pad the compartment space with dynomat to keep it air tight to duplicate the space inside a box. Immediately, I knew I came to the right place. Mike told me his suggestions and I wanted the quickest and best bang for my buck...He guaranteed a simple box would sound 1000x better than what I had then lol, so I opted for the box route. He installed my sub into a box he had on the floor and then he had Andrew install it into my car and connected it to the amp. I was in my car while he was installing it just chatting and then he had me play music so he can tune it properly. Mike was right, it sounded 1000x WAY BETTER no joke. Bump in the trunk now and I aint talkin about a girl. I will definietly come back to get new component speakers installed cuz my passenger side one is blown and you can hear it rattle at different frequencies as Andrew pointed out and I heard for myself. I stopped in to look at subwoofers to replace my blown 8" woofer. Michael was very professional and helped me in finding a woofer that didn't exceed 4.5" in mounting depth. I ended up purchasing a Oz 8" woofer, pricing was very good and they installed it for free. I also had them install a back up camera to compliment my head unit. Pricing was fair and install was harder than most as its a camper van. Michael had it installed on time and on his original quote, even though it took a bit longer. I can't believe these negative reviews. I had troubles with my car locks and came to this store. I have had no problems since and the owner was amazing. He got me in right away and fixed my locks with new motors and a keyless remote. I then came back after a week having my stock speakers on my 1999 Honda Civic stop working. Fixed in less than two hours. Both times I had amazing deals. Coming back for more work with a louder system. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing about this shop sooner. read more

After shopping around for a car stereo upgrade, I finally found a shop who actually knows about pairing with Android. I had specific requirements (stereo must pair with Android wired and wireless, play flac files from SD card, and show the artwork to name a few items). Mike was patient enough to demo the unit he had installed in his own vehicle, so I was able to plug in my device, SD card and see how everything worked. I got all my questions answered, unlike other shops who are more focused on Apple devices and have limited or no ability to allow me to plug in.
