The turkey Havarti and avocado croissant sandwich is amazing! Just the right amount of cheese just the right amount of turkey and it's toasted so it has a nice little crunch to it. I really wantes to love this place. Every time I have trouble paying with the app. It shouldnt be so difficult. I have not gone much because of this. This morning thought I'd try again. Same issue .....and on top of that, I ordered a frozen drink. Waited and waities. Finally someone says the frozen mixture used in frozen drinks is not frozen yet they just recently opened. By this time it's 8:20. Says they open at 7:00 on Sunday. She told me I wasn't as frozen but could still have it if wanted it. I said sure thinking would be a little slushier.....it was not frozen in the least. I doubt I'll. Go back again. Very disappointed read more

They close at 5:30, I just came thru the drive thru at 4:10 and the first thing said was "hi we're about to close." Um okay. So what does that mean? You can't serve me or what? She said we might be able to depending on what you want. I just wanted an iced latte. She said they can't do it because they're already breaking down the espresso machine. Ma'am, why are you, a self proclaimed "coffee house", breaking the espresso machine down for the day when it's over an hour until closing time? And that was the second time I came. The first time, they were out of croissants at 9am. I went right down the street to Barbarossa Coffee where they were very much open and accommodating. I will not be returning to Beans & Brew a third time for another bad experience. read more

This is a neat coffee shop, the atmosphere welcoming, and everything is super clean, including the bathrooms. The coffee is tasty, and the service is generally great. However, we had one server who was a bit overly attentive. My husband and I were trying to focus on our work, and we felt a little awkward with the frequent check-ins. Wow! The iced Mr. B's is bomb! It's smooth, strong and tastes amazing. I would highly recommend this drink for anyone coming here for the first time. The inside seating is nice and cozy. Beans & Brews is the latest coffee chain to come to our neighborhood. I stopped in to try them out just after the grand opening. Got their Espresso shake, a bacon-egg-cheese croissant and a lemon pound cake. The Espresso Shake is a frozen latte with an espresso shot floating on top. It was quite tasty and had a good kick. The sandwich was a good one--thick bacon but still pretty crisp, and the sandwich held together well for eating. The lemon pound cake made me curious. They present it in a small cup with a lid and black sides, so it looks like a little cup of yogurt or something. I had to see what was under there. It was a decent cake, though it ate just a touch dry for me. The shop also sells energy drinks and other pastries. There's enough food on the menu to make it a possible choice for a light lunch (the sandwiches are actually very reasonable, most expensive is about $7) as well as a snack or drink. Pricing seems in line with other coffee houses. The place is tastefully decorated in browns and the seating area is comfortable. They have games on request (not sitting out), and a conference room that looks like it seats about 10. There are two all-gender restrooms (no gender-based waiting). Service is enthusiastic and polite. Do we need another coffee chain? Not sure, but this one looks like it will be able to compete and it's worth a try if you're in the area and want a pick-me-up. read more

Grand opening today. Service was a little slow, but that's to be expected. They were all very friendly. I didn't try the food today, but it looked good. Coffee was excellent! Lots to choose from, but I just had plain black coffee. My wife and kids had the speciality drinks and loved them. Place was clean and room to sit and enjoy our drinks. read more

First of all, I loved this place. The food was great,The service was great,The ambience was great. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, as we step to the register we were asked if it was our first time there, then she proceeded to give us a little rundown on what they were about, Next we ordered and sat in a comfortable boot, the establishment was small and quaint, and very clean, and the food I had gotten which was a ham and avocado which chai tea I loved them both my husband also got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee and he also loved it. I had been seeing this business advertising on Facebook and since they had a protein coffee i thought I would try it. I drove 20 minutes out of the way to get there and I was not disappointed. Went by this morning for the first time. Ordered caramel latte and egg&cheese croissant it was great! But it's hard to get passed the smell when I walked in. Smells like a consignment shop for some reason. I expect a coffee shop to smell like fresh coffee beans. So that threw me off. I'm big on smell I guess. Location just opened, so I figure I could go and show support. I had gotten an ad on Instagram for a free drink when I sign up for text offers, so I did. I went in today to claim my free drink and bought an additional drink for my husband. When I show the girl the code, she had difficulty typing it as she had long nails, that's not the main issue. Soon her 2 coworkers chime in saying I must download the app. I explain that my code does not specify that, yet I still do. Granted once downloading the app (that's a complete new offer) that takes a while. My issue is not that I had to hop through many hoops but more so on the lack of good service I received, almost if like I was dumb for not knowing this. The folks need better training on how to effectively communicate with customers without giving them attitude and treating them as if they are any less. Especially for a new location that just opened! Maybe provide more training on the different offers that the company is running and different solutions. read more
