I have been to many Oklahoma vets, and this one blows all others away. They truly care for animals more than anything else. I am so grateful for Dr. Weiss and the Staff here. The (female) doctor that I saw was very professional, informative, and helpful with understanding my cat! She repeated information for me multiple times (showing her patience), reassured me of her knowledge of animals (credentials), and examined my sweet kitty right in front of me (something that I prefer in my vets). I was surprised by the way she handled Shadow.... she had to get a de-wormer pill down... so she had to be stern. I'm ok with that, because she loved on her in an apologetic way. Just something to expect! My poor cat had been throwing up non-stop in the past 3 days, so I wanted to take her in regardless of any obstacles. Unfortunately, Healing Hands was double booked today (probably because of how great they are) and the nice receptionist told me that "it may be up to a 2 hour way, but it will probably be less". Sure enough, I waited (in my car!!) for only 45 minutes to get taken back into the room. I really appreciated her expressing their desire to see my cat, but that I needed to understand they need patience. Healing Hands was very affordable!! They gave Shadow a de-wormer, examined her vitals (temperature and looked at her skin for mites), swabbed her ears for mites, check for mites in their testing equipment, and it only cost me 75! Midtown vet was twice this amount! Most importantly, the staff and doctor expressed that they wanted to see shadow and treat her! The doctor suggested wet food... since Shadow wasn't keeping any hard food down... and she reassured me that I don't have to come back if I don't need to! Which obviously saves me money. Again, I'll be going back to Healing Hands!

They went above and beyond, even helping us find a surgeon to perform a critical surgery for our dog. Both veterinarians we worked with were absolutely fantastic--thorough, empathetic, and clearly invested in our dog's well-being. They went out of their way to make sure our pup was comfortable, and it meant the world to us. I felt completely at ease leaving him in their care, knowing he was in the best hands. The entire staff showed us such kindness during what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time. There aren't enough words to express how thankful we are. They made an overwhelming situation feel a little less heavy with their warmth and support. We will never forget the care they provided to both our sweet pup and to us. We have…read moresince moved, however, we continue to come here because the vets are exceptional, the prices are fair and everyome there seems to care about me and my animals. One thing I appreciate about this place is that Dr. Clark really seems to take the time to fully explain the diagnosis, treatment and answers every question throughly and thoughtfully. My husband's cat is one of those crazy Savannah cats. This cat was given to us since he's experienced some past behavior challenges. I was at my wits end with this kitty and I really love cats. The doctor gave me some good advice and we had a good talk about Delos. I am grateful for this because I felt pretty frustrated but after we talked , over time, I was able to get this cat to get along with me and the other kittys just fine. I highly recommend this vet clinic. They have served my family and my cat family well and we will keep going back!

My husband and I recently moved to this side of town, and although we love Dr. Floyd and his staff at Silverleaf Animal Hospital in Moore, being up here by Rockwell and Northwest Expressway means new vet. Dr. Schmitt was conscientious, caring, and patient with my cats. I learned during our initial visit that she is Fear Free Pets certified (https://fearfreepets.com/), which is a bonus I didn't know until I got there. She took great care and patience with two of my cats - including shaving one who gets matted pretty easily and won't let me touch her near her mats! They took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing and why, and took care of me as Bill Payer(TM) to the patient. I will be recommending Dr. Schmitt to anyone who asks me for a vet on this side of town, as well as to the other members of the rescues from whence I got my feline companions.

Dr Rosier has been absolutely amazing. You can just tell that he knows cats well. He was able to save my cat from a full extraction of two teeth. He knew I was worried about HCM so he told me a simple way to count breathing patterns to see if there's truly an issue before ordering diagnostic tests. Overall I have been really impressed with Dr Rosier, and happy that we finally found a great vet for our feline babies! Also, Dr Strube is super nice and great with pets as well. The ladies at the front desk are so patient, they were never frustrated at the many questions I usually have for them! This place truly cares about fur babies and I would highly recommend Crestwood to anyone seeking veterinary care.

The surgery performed by Dr. Streeter didn't resolve my cat's issues, and they also didn't call until almost 8pm on the night of the surgery to tell me how things went. I had already left a message and was worried sick. Dr. Streeter always runs late (hence the late surgery and follow up call, initial appointment waited 30 min, follow up after surgery appointment I waited almost an hour), and there was zero follow up (not even a phone call) from the vet office to check on my cat, the day after surgery - only the call the night of surgery. While Dr. Streeter may be very skilled and one of the only in her field here in the Edmond/OKC area, I do NOT recommend this practice to anyone. It's unfortunate, too because I am all about supporting women-led business. Backstory: We were referred to Dr. Susan Streeter from our regular vet, when it was discovered our young cat had a polyp in his ear that would require surgery. Dr. Streeter used to work at our regular vet and then established this practice (along with a pet allergy specialist) on her own. As much money as I was charged, I believed my cats eat issue would be COMPLETELY solved, yet a raging ear infection returned shortly after surgery and we're back at square one. To say I'm upset with both our regular vet and this practice is an understatement, after all the money spent. I feel misled and taken as advantage of.
