Cannonball is my wild black Goldendoodle puppy and Duchess is my 11 year old girl who has been through a lot and doesn't trust easily. Watching her walk willingly into the salon with Sarah almost made me cry. If you knew this dog you'd completely understand what that moment meant. She even trusted Dave! Which is saying something bc Duchess isn't the biggest fan of men. This was only Cannon's second visit and Kassie got down on the floor to greet him. He climbed right into her lap. He looks absolutely incredible and we can't go anywhere without people stopping us. Cannon is my first dog that needs real grooming and I had so much to learn. Between Dave, Sarah Kassie and the whole team I've walked out knowing more every single time. Coats, brushing, shampoos, home care. They just give that knowledge freely. What Sarah and Dave have built here is genuinely something special. The entire team is trained in pet CPR and knows risks most groomers have never even heard of -- like heat stroke from blow dryers. No kennels, no crates, spotless shop, amazing atmosphere. They even have self wash stations for bath days or dogs that don't need a full groom. These are my kids. I don't trust them with just anyone.
