After showing a staff member I'm pretty sure she had no idea about this specific fish and its deformity. And after we proceeded to the checkout counter she told us we could instead adopt it (take it for free) despite the fish being displayed at full price previously. Firstly I want to thank the worker because her offer showed that she cared for the needs of disabled animals. But secondly I wish the workers had more care for their animals, like atleast knowing they exist instead of just marking them at whatever price they're told, sitting them on the shelf and never giving a second glance. The manager on duty at that time was very helpful and had no issue applying the discount; she simply adjusted the price by removing a dollar amount. I bought a few different flavors since I wasn't sure which my cat would prefer. Once I realized he didn't like one of them, I returned the very next day to exchange just that flavor for another, the exact same product line, just a different variety. Unfortunately, the helpful manager from the day before was not working. I explained the situation and showed my receipt, but the associate told me I would have to pay full price for the replacement, which made no sense. They then called a manager, who repeated the same thing, that they couldn't honor a discount another manager had already applied, even with clear proof on my receipt. They insisted I show the online deal again, which should not have been necessary, since it had already been verified and honored the day before. They refused to work with me and ultimately chose to inconvenience me over a simple flavor exchange. This is my closest location, but after this experience I will be avoiding it. I went to the Sawmill location immediately afterward, and they resolved everything without hesitation. They were shocked that the Plain City location would not assist me.

I dropped off my dog with a female, on pick up, a male gave me a report how my dog was aggressive and possibly a not a fit for boarding which is not like my dog at all; he is the sweetest, then the female shows up and gives a different review, no thanks, very inconsistent and hence untrustworthy. Also, I noticed only one person watches over one area of dogs and also handles the front which leaves multiple dogs unsupervised together and doesn't seem safe. My dog smelled disgusting after 3 hours of being there which tells me they don't clean as often as they should.

Dr. Kaser, however, will only do exactly what he wants, and he let it be known that he "does not want to be a third wheel in the care of Harry", my 13 yo Pomeranian. I chose this practice blindly since I was moving almost next door to them, up from Worthington OH to Delaware OH. One of my first questions to him was to ascertain if he was willing to be our primary vet when Harry's care came under a cardiologist at OSU. All cardiologists will diagnose and determine the medicines necessary, blood tests, etc. that are to be turned over to the primary vet for carrying out the orders from the cardiologist. This is common practice. Dr. Kaser is not interested in being a part of a team effort to keep my dog alive and has said he does not want to be a part of anything to harm my dog. Well, withholding critical tests and refusing to prescribe per the cardiologists requests, in my opinion, is harming my dog as long as I choose to stay, which I will no longer darken his door. Harry, a 13 yo Pomeranian, has been to OSU Cardiology/ER twice since July and COVE ER 5 times and each time came back with progressive heart issues that require targeted medication and blood work. Now I am stuck here in mid winter with no place to go since the places I've called are not taking new patients right now. So COVE generously will take Harry in for his required blood work to determine if he is taking the medicine at a safe level, and when weather breaks I will have to drive almost 20 miles to his old vet in Worthington - The Vet Clinic - who have stepped up for Harry's care on numerous occasions when Dr. Taser would not intervene on Harry's behalf. If you do not ever think you will require a specialist for your beloved pet, then this would be the place to go - as I said, Conner and Becky are superb techs and Harry loves them. But if you someday think you will require a Team, go elsewhere, as there is no "I" in TEAM.

They saved her life I would say!!!! They explained the conditions very throughly and answered all questions. They did a great job of care and they didn't give up when a test came back negative and dug for answers which is amazing!!!!They are the best and I recommend them to anyone and now they will continue to see this vet! They truly care about animals! They are very affordable as well!!!
