I just…read morepaid them for servicees on 12/17/2025...I ask how to train my Aussie-she recommends a shock and choke collar.I drop my girl off for a few days of boarding on 1/7/2026-I ask them specicifically not to release her to an abuser-they ask me to get food,refuse paperwork,tell me there's no need to prepay...The RELEASE her to her abuser without my convent and are somehow closed at 2pm during business hours.they cite they couldn't get ahold of me.I have receipts.They let an unauthorized person take my dog with specific instructions not to,closed during open hours,cited diet change and prepayment required after telling me they know her and it was fine.Your ginger husband is nice...but she's a monster.Do NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS here? Who gives away your dog to a sociopath while you are the registered owner? And I clearly told them he was abusing my animals?wtf?Are you guys f**king crazy? Ugh!

I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. Plus his blanket disappeared day 2 so assumed it was soiled. Instead of washing it in the 2 additional days he was there they just bagged it up and sent it home. He's been there before but this is the worst experience. Suggest you find an alternative, I know I will need one. Ridiculous extra fees for peak stays on Wednesday and Thursday with no explanation.

Very Disheartening…read more As a business located in Franklinton, Ohio, Play Pets management should be incredibly saddened. This morning I stopped in their empty parking lot for 1 minute to pack a bag and give a local homeless women socks, toothpaste, and other essentials. When I left my vehicle to deliver the bag I was immediately confronted by a staff member yelling that I couldn't park there. I acknowledged his concern and reassured him I would be back in 30 seconds tops. Nonetheless he continued to yell and threaten to tow me. Making the situation more absurd, after a minute of nonsense back and forth, I apologized and agreed to move my car 50ft to the next door gas station. I proceeded to deliver the bag to homeless women in 30 seconds. I am sure this is not the brand image and empathy a local business wants to portray, but it's only fair the community know what type of people are taking care of their loved pets.

He let me know that training isn't just about what he does with the dog, it is about how I maintain my dog's behavior. Brad took my dog and built up his confidence until he no longer had issues with men and other dogs. Brad was always willing to work around my schedule and very accommodating to my needs as well as those of my dog. I even brought my second dog in for a lesson free of charge! I highly recommend Brad. He is truly a great dog trainer.

Fisher had been very high-strung, would try to chase cars, bark like crazy at any visitors and was hard to control. He would try to run out the door as soon as it was opened. Now, Fisher sits quietly when cars drive by, waits for us to give him approval to go out the door and even sits next to visitors allowing them to pet him. We continue to work with our dog and follow Bob's instructions. Every day we see continued growth and learning.
