I called, we had a lengthy discussion, and I headed down. I have to say, I found the place initially INTIMIDATING, as I was going in for a mere ring size. It's elegant and spans two buildings that I could see. I headed to the right, rang the bell, entered and was immediately greeted by Ingrid, who is a delight in every way. She instantly put me ease, as she is kind, funny, knowledgeable, with excellent taste obviously ;) and a good listener. Not only did they size my ring, they replaced 2 of 4 (egads!!) broken prongs, for about the price of one of the other local jeweler's quote, in a timely manner. They have gorgeous stones and beautiful creative pieces; he hits my jewelry trifecta: absolutely stunning craftmanship, stones and design. He makes these butterflies that are a delight...I barely looked, it would have been torture, as I am not currently in the market.
