I had to take my 34yr old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust for repair and maintenance to Steve and he continues to do a tremendous job. This time I also had him do a full service on it where it's a gasket replacement, lubrication, cleaning, testing and polished. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of his work. It took only took 4 weeks for him to get the part and to get it done, where the Rolex store will tell you that it will take 6 to 8 weeks. Steve's price for repair and the maintenance is also cheaper than Rolex. I highly recommend Steve for all watch repairs especially if it's a Rolex. He takes such great pride in his work. read more

I had a few old watches that had non-functional capacitors or leaked batteries. They got fixed professionally and for a reasonable price. It took a little longer than I expected but I then realized that the shop was careful enough to order the part(s), make the reparis, and then--most importantly--tested it for a couple of days. One watch was beyond repair without getting the manufacturer involved, and they offered good guidance on if aand how to go about it. Family run store, and honest folks. Store timings are a little inconvenient, being open 12PM-5PM, only during the week (Monday-Friday). But the worksmanship, service, and honesty trumps that. Highly recommended. read more

Took my Cartier to Stephens for an overhaul and diagnosis. Super knowledgeable watchmakers. Billy worked on mine and the turnaround was really fast, about a week and the price was very fair. I had checked with a few other jewelers first and they were charging double or even triple for the same work. I went to this Stephen's Watch Repair this morning to repair my clock. I was greeted by a young man, I think his name was Billy. I was told they're specialized in watches and don't carry parts for clocks. But he said he would take a look. I told I replaced the battery & hear clicking but no arms were moving. He placed my clock on a sort of diagnostic device, and the arms started moving. I was told there may have been some small dust or sort stuck in the wheels mechanism, and this device helped to get rid of it. I was very happy this clock stared moving because this was my late wife's favorite clock. I couldn't thank him enough He was very kind & of course helpful. This was my second visit. First time was to recondition my watch. Stephen worked on my watch. He was very prompt, and the price was very reasonable. I'm glad they're located pretty close to my home.
