A very large, commercial, pure lead plate battery that weighs 86lbs and has a cost of about $750 new. The well meaning employee at the auto parts store told me he could only pay the standard $10 for it, he felt it was worth much more. He referred me to Rocky Mountain Battery. Upon arrival at RMB I requested help unloading the battery from my vehicle. The cocky young man working at RMB yanked the battery out of my vehicle by one its handles and flung it (landing upside down) on to a pallet. He then handed me $7 with zero explanation as to how or why he derived at that amount. It obviously wasn't worth my time or gas to travel to RMB.

I didn't have my receipt at this point but did have my credit card receipt showing it was purchased in January / 2023, less than the 24 months. And I purchased it at this store. Nope, more rude and condescending comments from superstar crystal. She answers the phone when you call in and is clearly not qualified for this job. Every other battery place I've purchased from keeps your information on file so you don't need a receipt. Go some place else, you'll be happy that you did. She is awful.

Well Interstate Battery in Commerce City, CO checked my battery out and told me it was bad and gave me a new one no charge. They did not have to do this.
