He ended up doing a battery, alternator and starter test for me for free! They were all good! Had the worst experience here. I was full on physically attacked by their employee. I a just now emotionally and physically well enough to post a review and the incident occurred back in June. I am unsure if the guy just had a bad day or what his deal was but he was being extremely rude to all of the customers. When I made a comment about his bad attitude it really struck a nerve. He also accused me of shoplifting but that was not true in the slightest. Well he ordered me to leave and as I was walking out, following his orders, he came up behind me and tried to push me down off my knee crutch that I use to walk because of an extensive ankle injury I suffered in a car accident. He dug his nails into my arm and broke the skin in several places. He even bit me! That is right, a human that I don't even know, that works at the store, bit my arm! Much like a dog or other vicious animal would have. He was really trying to push me down off my crutch, though. Had I not been holding on to the door so that I didn't fall, I could have injured my ankle again and potentially lost the ability to regain use of my foot and to ever walk again unsupported. The management didn't seem to take the incident seriously and kept going back to the accusation of shoplifting. Last time I checked, shoplifting involves taking something from the store without paying for it. I had an item in my hand, decided not to buy it and set it on a shelf. That is not shoplifting. And even if I actually had been shoplifting, that still would not have warranted the brutal attack I was subjected to. read more

They will sell you a bad battery and lie to your face that it is working fine. Weeks later after being confused by why my battery is so bad, Subaru Service center team tells me that they gave us a bad battery. Don't buy a battery here. Honestly, don't even support a shoddy business that can't be accountable or honest. read more

I've been a loyal customer for years. I bought a pair of wiper blades that broke within the warranty period. I took the blade back and was greeted with terrible service by a very rude woman. She told me there was nothing she could do because all blades come with a three month warranty, without even asking me when I bought them. (Her coworker corrected her that some have 1 year warranty) I had to nearly demand that she look up my account for the receipt. I didn't know why she was so combative and aggressive. She proceeded to tell me how much I've purchased from them (a loyal customer) and that she wasn't seeing a wiper blade purchase. I think she was scrolling too fast and not actually wanting to find the purchase. I'm 100% sure I bought them there. Possible I didn't sign in the purchase but doubtful. A loyal customer should be given the benefit of the doubt on a small purchase at best, respect and kindest at least. I got neither and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

There were 3 employees in the back but myself and another customer waited for several minutes before anyone came forward to help us. I took a chance and drove straight to O'Reilly's. Sean P. was extremely helpful. Because he wasn't familiar with Audi tail lights he looked up the how-to video and was able to replace the light in the parking lot. Lazy staff, plain and simple! I just visited the 38th st Oreilly location to get wipers. There are 4 employees. One of them is working at the front, 3 are in the back talking... they can see us, you would think they would come-out and help, but they don't until I finally ask them outloud if one of them might want to help customers... (the guy who was working at the front, was outside helping customers replacing a battery)... One of the girl in the back finally came to the front to help with such a bad attitude that I decided to leave and go across the street where there is another auto part store. read more

Don't waste your time here. I've been coming here since before it was Checkers. Before it was alright, now it sucks. The employees want to argue with you, the tools from rental are missing parts and when you go to return rented tool, they say YOU lost it. All of that on top of the store NEVER being fully stocked. Don't waste your time, go across the street where you will find what you are looking for AND automotive knowledgeable people. read more
