I completed my prepaid package without being notified beforehand, and only after my session was I informed that I owed for a single session. My concern was never about paying--it was about not being given the opportunity to make an informed decision before the service was provided. Rather than acknowledging that better communication could have prevented the situation, the response focused on telling me that I should have been monitoring the app myself. Businesses can absolutely expect customers to use their app, but that doesn't replace basic customer service. A simple heads-up before the session would have avoided the entire situation. On a positive note, Brittany has been fantastic. She's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and has been incredibly mindful of my recovery after surgery, always adapting my workouts appropriately. She's the reason I'll continue training here.

Chelbie helped me on my first day and made me feel so welcomed and valued-- I seriously love her! Coach Allie made me feel super comfortable for my first workout and is also so, so nice. Abigail helped me before my last class and she was amazing, as well. Those girls are honestly one of the reasons I love OTF so much already! As far as the workout, it is the perfect intensity for me. It is an AWESOME, challenging workout but everything is doable and you can cater everything to your fitness level. I like seeing my heart rate and being able to easily know when to possibly pull back and when to push harder! I was amazed at how many calories I burned in the class! I don't think I have ever burned so many calories in a single workout! I think the price is very fair for the value. I'm looking forward to many more classes! :)

Never give them your contact information!…read more So my review is mixed. My sister and a friend of mine love orange theory so I decided to give it a try and went to a class. The class itself was a great work out but overall it wasn't a good fit for me. Still-- I can see why a lot of people love orange theory and are losing a ton of weight from doing it. My problem stems from the relentless harassment after I tried the class and decided it wasn't a right fit from me. I get constant calls, texts and emails from them multiple times per week for over a year- no matter how many times I tell them I"m not interested. I have to keep marking the calls and texts as spam and then get calls from another location of theirs the next week. Not even sure why the Vienna location is calling me constantly now as I only ever went to the Carlyle location. So if you are definitely going to join this probably won't be an issue but if you are just trying it out along with other gyms- be wary of giving out your contact info- they will be calling you and texting you for the rest of eternity. Spamming not a great business model.

Studio Body Logic is a classic Pilates studio and the teachers are good, but the admin is TERRIBLE and the classes are PACKED--wall to wall with no place to walk. In contrast, Pilates Loft doesn't have more than 6 people in a class guaranteeing you get individualized attention from each teacher. Don't waste your money at SBL.

First you need to take a private session for $90+ unless you qualify and then you can sign up for a level 1 course. The pricing per class is quite high but that's on par for Arlington studios. The studio itself was quaint with some parking nearby. Bathrooms were clean and the studio was clean. I wish they had some frosted glass because I didn't love how everyone from the parking lot can see right in. The class sizes are small (reformer was 4 people) but allows for more hands on. The machines were easy to use and the instructor kind. My biggest issue is it took 1 month to get into a class- and you can't move on to level 2 unless you are approved (which leaves it vague). If you are level 1 and want to take multiple classes in Arlington a week, it's impossible. I would love to visit more but my lifestyle doesn't always allow me to schedule a class 4 weeks in advance. I would hate to buy a pack of 10 classes and never be able to get into a class and be at the mercy of being approved to getting into the higher level courses.

While the music and instruction and very quiet setting were different from my preferred yoga style, I will say that Angelina was a good teacher. The sequencing of the flow was great and I felt very challenged. I also appreciated how engaged she was with each student in different ways and the hands-on assistance she provided. I've been doing yoga for a while but there are still postures I'm confident aren't exactly right. She helped me correct a few and I was very grateful. She also recognized my flexibility and gave me additional adjustments/gentle pushes to get deeper into some postures. I also appreciated Mo at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming.
