On 6/11, I had the living room, hallway, and dining area cleaned. Shortly after the crew left, we discovered that a valuable and deeply personal item -- hidden in a secure pocket in my husband's chair -- was missing. We live in a small one-bedroom with a cat, and no one else had access to our home before or after. The team had asked me to wait outside while they worked. I also found it odd that they suggested I pay by check rather than credit card. Now we're left with no item, no way to trace the loss, and no sense of closure. I can't prove what happened, but the whole experience has shaken our trust. We're still waiting to hear from management. I hope they take this seriously. Beware!
