It took over 1 year for them to finally finish, and during the whole process was fed nothing but excuses, and sub par work. Everything was half done, and that half was done incorrectly. Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Basically this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, and if I'm ever asked if I know of a company to refer, all I can say is. I definitely know of a company to never call! I don't know who Tom G is, but I already know he's a liar.

Im so thankful I took my gear to them instead of shipping it off to an authorized tech in NYC. They saved me several hundred dollars and did great work in a timely manner. This was on a custom hand made dj mixer from Australia with no manual to reference mind you. The variety of different gear they are able to work on is staggering. After I found their entrance it was smooth sailing. They also back their work for 30 days so you really can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

I would call them weekly and for the first month the response was we haven't gotten to it. Ok if work is ahead of me I accept that. because of my repeated calls I was told they would move me up on the list to have the tech make a diagnostic evaluation on it which never ever happened. Then after that it was BS about having to build some "special diagnostic software" to access the ethernet port on the back of the amplifier or equipment to make an assessment. they told me they couldn't get enough information from the manufacturer or off the Internet. I could except that for a repair are you telling me place that repairs amplifiers can't even do a general diagnostic evaluation on an amplifier for god sake?? Then finally after two months I called to just tell them I wanted to come pick up my amp and take it someplace else and their response was "we are out on the road for a week with the some band but we'll see if we can find anybody to let you in to the store so you can get your amplifier." what a joke this place is. They have no business whatsoever advertising home audio equipment repair. The only thing I got for my money was excuse after excuse about why they had done nothing and a bunch of BS. They could not even provide me a guess what might be wrong with it based upon a bench evaluation by one of their techs. It is really hard to find audio equipment repair shops nowadays as everything is disposable but I can tell you this, Pro Sound certainly isn't one of them! Stay away if you need stereo repair.

The lack of professionalism at this place is staggering. I…read morewent in for a radio install and CompuStar alarm upgrade, and I was told everything I wanted done was possible. They eventually realized they couldn't do the alarm upgrade without needing to keep my car for a couple more days which wasn't doable. The radio install was horrible. Distorted sound right off the bat. The owner corrected the guy who installed it and had him make an adjustment which the owner pinpointed in a matter of seconds. The install guy was clueless and needed coaching. They broke several clips off my dashboard and left it loose. I went back to get it handled and waited about 20 mins. I was told they would have the clips ready to repair my dashboard and when I showed up I was told they would have to "make something" to repair my dashboard. Then I got the run around and eventually got tired of waiting and told them not to worry about it and I would handle it myself. They seemed relieved to not have to talk to me about their "work". I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
