I waited for awhile before I reviewed so I could calm down to write this objectively. I had them…read morereplace the shower valves, the diverter, and the piping. The guy they sent started by cutting a hole in the drywall without measuring and cut in the wrong spot. He then had to cut a much bigger hole than necessary. When I tested it I noticed the water kept flowing after being turned off, wasting close to a half gallon each time. He didn't check anything, just said it was normal. I called the office to tell them I wanted it fixed or replaced. I had to call them back after a week since they never called me back. I finally got someone out here after two weeks to take a look at it. He never checked anything but said it was normal. He said the new one will do the same, are you going to pay us? Tightening the valves ( they were barely finger tight) and replacing the diverter fixed the problem. It's hard to find worse customer service.

Brenda and Leo have been great to work with. We did have a hiccup on the unit and they came back, took it out and replaced it! Goodman brand and NOT LENNOX, whose products have gone south in quality and longevity, is our replacement. It has a good warranty. Really have to say this couple really worry about their customers! Our dog is very ill and heat makes him worse so they gave us a large, powerful window A/C to use for a couple of days while we waited for the new unit to arrive. He wanted our pup comfortable! Who does that ??? No one, except...Prescott A/C and Heating does and stands by their work. If I could leave my number here I would so you could call me and ask how it went, but Yelp won't allow it. Trust me, they won't leave you high and dry and hot if you use their thoughtful, professional services. You'll never have to worry about them not standing by their work.
