So much so that a bicycle manufacturer knows about it. I broke my chain whip on a Monday evening and decided to try and new shop on a whim and ran over to pull a cassette off a wheel. These guys took care of it instantly. Three days later, I was having some bake issues and within an hour of drop off, one of their lead techs was already on the phone with Sram having a replacement overnighted. However I was incorrectly informed at time of rental that if i didn't get back that evening that i would be charged $30 extra, even if i showed up before they opened the next day. I got there at 6:06pm (right after closing) and they were all locked up - my bad. But since i didn't know that i wouldn't be charged if i got there by 9:30, I arrived after 9:30 and they charged me. I could have easily saved $30 if they had given me the right info. Oh and they had plenty of inventory. Have bought skis and high-end outdoor furniture here. Won't be shopping here again.

They also offer free clinics on outdoor equipment use and repair. They also have great end of season sales.
