I booked 1 2-hour session and 5 4-hour sessions. The first issue I had with this company was that they cancelled the 1st booking at the time of arrival due to a "family emergency". I was told they would call back by the end of the day to reschedule. I called twice and my insurance called as well and we left several messages over the next 2 weeks. We finally got a hold of them and rescheduled for yesterday. The caregiver came out and asked what I needed and I told her my bathroom needed worked on and everything went smoothly. Today she came for the 1st 4 hour session and things were going fine. When she started I told her I just needed her help in what ever way she could as my home had become very messy and unorganized during my cancer treatment and since I've become almost totally bedridden. She said "no problem" and started working. About halfway I to the session, looked like she was upset and I asked if she was ok and again a few more times and she continued to say yes and I apologized for the state of my home and she said "that's what I'm here for". I noticed that she was going outside several times and then she came into my room and thrusted her phone at me saying "it's my boss on the phone". The boss, Myra, then proceeded to smt elk me that her caregiver was having a reaction to the cats (I told her at booking that I have cats) and that its wasn't her job to do deep cleaning. I NEVER ONCE asked the girl to do any deep cleaning. She then tells me "you need more help than we are supposed to give you." And then the caregiver left. I don't understand people. How they can be so rude to people who are already down and kick them. Please stay away from this company. So unprofessional and rude.

I have called every day at different times and no one answers the phone, just to get a voicemail saying the mailbox is full. So then i left 2 emails on their portal and got no response. I will never ever go their again. Don't waste your time people. This place is a mess.

These providers were chosen by the Life Care Center of Scottsdale to transport me on 3 occasions to…read moreappointments. The first one was on May 14, 2021, two people from Phoenix EI showed up at the skilled nursing facility to transport me via a gurney to a nearby hospital for a procedure that shouldn't take more than an hour. The two people were Ken & Philip and were very professional, talking me through every stop of the process. They transferred me to their gurney, made sure I was strapped in and wheeled me to the van, then a short drive to the hospital, out of the van and for a check in, then wheeled me to the room where the procedure was to be done. When the procedure was over they returned me to the van and back to the skilled nursing facility. I rate the May 14, 2021 service 5 stars My 2nd service date was May 19, 2021. The driver that showed up said he can't lift a gurney and the nursing staff had me use a wheel chair but required the use of a hoist to lift me out of the chair at the radiology place as I was still too weak to stand up on my own from such a low position. The driver had me in the wheel chair in his van and since I am very tall I had to sit with my head bent forward since the van was too short for me to be sitting straight up. Once he dropped me off at the facility he left to go home for a while and I had to wait almost 45 minutes after I was done. I rate the May 19th, 2021 service as 0 star. The service should not send someone who can't use a gurney and who takes a long lunch break and make me wait 45 minutes after my procedure was done. On my 3rd service date on May 28, only one of the two original people i.e. Ken showed up and was able to use a gurney to transport me to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. The trip went smooth. I rate the service on May 28, 2021 5 stars. So my overall stars are (5 + 0 + 5)/3 = 3.33

Mesa Az office. My caretaker did a good job cleaning my home, but didn't stay the entire time. He…read moreasked me to sign the paper anyways and not to tell anybody. Well, that would be lying and I refused so I called the office., the manager said she had never heard that before about my care taker and I knew that wasn't true because my friend here in the same complex had the exact same issue and had brought it up to her every three months. After I asked that caretaker not to come back the office booked 3 different appointments with me over a period of six weeks one every two weeks. First visit nobody showed up no phone call from the office . I called after a half hour. They apologize said it was an error of non-communication . The second visit exact same thing happened. I called the office. I'm so sorry it was an error of communication.. The third visit the caretaker did not show up and there was no phone call . I once again called the office and the exact same excuse was I said this isn't disorganization this feels intentional. The woman on the phone was rude condescending and said well you fired your housekeeper.. I said yes because they were dishonest and billing hours that they weren't working. Why would you allow that? To me not an honest company to work with starting with the management down.
