Outstanding Emergency Air Transport Service!…read more I can't say enough good things about the incredible service provided by Trinity Air Ambulance when my sister-in-law needed urgent medical transport from Mexico to the United States. From the first phone call, their team was professional, compassionate, and highly efficient. They coordinated every detail seamlessly, and with the added stress of Hurricane Helene it was imperative that we move her quickly!! They kept us informed every step of the way, tracking the flight and sending screen shots of exactly where they were, which was such a relief during a very stressful time. The medical staff onboard were not only skilled but also incredibly caring, making sure my sister-in-law was comfortable and safe throughout the entire flight. Their top-notch equipment and attention to detail ensured that she received the best possible care during transport. They arranged for the ground transportation on both ends and were in contact with the hospital she was being transferred to, well which was one less task we had to worry about! Thanks to Trinity she arrived safely and is now receiving the treatment she needs. We will be forever grateful for their quick response, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency medical transport. I will also note that this is a family owned business and the genuine care on concern was quite evident, it was so nice to speak with one of the owners who also happens to be a RN and not some kid at a call center. The first one was on May 14, 2021, two people from Phoenix EI showed up at the skilled nursing facility to transport me via a gurney to a nearby hospital for a procedure that shouldn't take more than an hour. The two people were Ken & Philip and were very professional, talking me through every stop of the process. They transferred me to their gurney, made sure I was strapped in and wheeled me to the van, then a short drive to the hospital, out of the van and for a check in, then wheeled me to the room where the procedure was to be done. When the procedure was over they returned me to the van and back to the skilled nursing facility. I rate the May 14, 2021 service 5 stars My 2nd service date was May 19, 2021. The driver that showed up said he can't lift a gurney and the nursing staff had me use a wheel chair but required the use of a hoist to lift me out of the chair at the radiology place as I was still too weak to stand up on my own from such a low position. The driver had me in the wheel chair in his van and since I am very tall I had to sit with my head bent forward since the van was too short for me to be sitting straight up. Once he dropped me off at the facility he left to go home for a while and I had to wait almost 45 minutes after I was done. I rate the May 19th, 2021 service as 0 star. The service should not send someone who can't use a gurney and who takes a long lunch break and make me wait 45 minutes after my procedure was done. On my 3rd service date on May 28, only one of the two original people i.e. Ken showed up and was able to use a gurney to transport me to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. The trip went smooth. I rate the service on May 28, 2021 5 stars. So my overall stars are (5 + 0 + 5)/3 = 3.33

We called QTS the same day we needed the transport and they were readily available with a van that could accomodate a stretcher, wheelchair, AND a walker. They offered us several choices of transports at different rates. The driver was courteous and professional. He met my relative at the hospital exit door and wheeled her onto the van safely while tying down the chair with safety belts. He also carried her luggage and walker onto the van as well. The most recent trip on 12/12/23 the return trip took over 2 hours to be picked up. As a senior over 55 with health issues made this trip very difficult. They apparently do not have enough drivers for their clients. They pulled a driver from over an hour and a half away to pick me up. Yet, they continued to advise it would be 20 minutes several times. I have no issues with the drivers but I will not use them any more and would not recommend them to any senior due to the very late pick ups the last 2 trips I have taken.

We wanted a transport service that would allow her to stay in her transport chair for loading and unloading. The reviews were good for Independence Transport and they did not mislead us. Valerie provided a timely estimate and assurances that they could provide the service we needed. We chose her company and she was great to work with. I am a terrible worrier and Valerie put my mind at ease. She has two vehicles available and she made sure that the one where the seatbelt came over the right side would be used so it wouldn't interfere with the incision. We had several text updates as to the time for arrival. She ended up driving the van herself and was at the right place at the right time to get us picked up. She was efficient and kind--everything we were hoping for. We would not hesitate to use this company again.
