Then with no pressure whatsoever, gave me the time to go back through my options and find my perfect piece of Quartz. I've been told I tend to think things to death, so this was much appreciated. I made my selection and was scheduled for demolition and on-site measurements early the next week. Johnathan (demolition) and Daniel (measurements) arrived as scheduled on consecutive days. Both went off without a hitch. A few days later I received a text with photos of my slab layout for approval, immediately followed by a phone call from Joey who went over the project in detail. No issues. Fabrication was completed and installation was scheduled for early the following week. Tuesday to be exact. I was elated as this was exactly two weeks from the day I walked into the store. Jose and Mauricio arrive in the morning and finished the installation and clean-up before noon. I absolutely love my new double vanity countertop with the undermount sinks. I had to stop admiring it long enough to write this review. :-) From start to finish (Leanna), everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and committed to their piece of the puzzle. Kudos to everyone and thank you for making this painless. I will gladly recommend Ventura Stone to family, friends, and anyone who will listen.

The two gents that came to the condo, did a terrific job and were detailed oriented with all the pieces that needed to be installed. My only feedback is that, it would have been helpful for me to know what to expect with the dry stone dust created during the install. Had I known, I would have covered and protected more of the area the team had set up. It just meant I needed to spend half a day power washing the area. Lou the owner, along with his son Charlie and wife Linda are truly the definition of the word "professional's". Everything went smooth from start to finish. We met Lou at his showroom/factory and went over our vision with him which he completely understood.We then went to a local stone yard and picked out our slabs of stone for our kitchen counters and island, bathroom vanities ,bathtub surround, and fireplace surround. We also had a small cabinet built in the laundry room and had a piece of our remnant stone installed on it. Lou also made my wife a couple cutting boards! I have been to many homes after remodels and don't believe I have ever seen craftsmanship to the caliber of what was installed in my house. Lou and his team are true artists and his work is beyond reproach. The install was seamless and the price was fair for the product we chose and ultimately received. Installation was PERFECT, they laid down protection, took their time to make everything right and cleaned everything up. Without saying anything, they took the time to do the job right. I'm a contractor myself and I know quality work where people care about the service they are providing. It also helped that they were about $500 less than all the other estimates. DEFINITELY feel confident about recommending these guys....and I'll be using them again for certain.

I wanted to replace my aging tile countertop for my bbq island. It was a small project and other…read morecompanies were asking for at least $1-2k more. An expert from another company had recommended a remnant granite slab as my top dimensions didn't warrant a full slab. Adrian helped me with this project from beginning to end, and I'm super happy with his guidance. Some key points: 1. He had me go to their warehouse in Thousand Oaks to hand pick a remnant granite slab. This is important because you don't really know how a slab will look unless you see it in person. Michelle was at the store, and she was very friendly and patient in showing me the different slabs. 2. He sent me a pic of where they were planning to cut, and I was able to ask him to move the template by about a foot to maximize the areas that I wanted to keep. 3. He worked with me with the pricing so that it was competitive with another quote from a lesser know company. This included demo, disconnecting and reconnecting bbq from a licensed plumber, and also the entire fabrication and install process. Gustavo and his partner did an excellent job with demo and installation. This all took two weeks which I was happy with. Of note, Luxiomer sells the countertops, but their sister company Renovva Stone Master is in charge of fabrication while iCal construction installs. They are under one owner, but technically three different companies.

RUN! They did…read morecountertops in my kitchen and bathroom and 2 hallways. Many things wrong and they refuse to repair or even come to see the problems. When I insisted, I was told to "F-off"... literally. I am now suing them. The countertops are uneven. Instead of cutting corners at 45 degrees or even square, they did this odd cut in my kitchen (see photos). The kitchen sink was not installed with clips as directed. Instead Victor created a narrow "lip" to set the sink on. When filled with water, it came loose and crashed. There are huge gaps between The island countertop is higher on the right side than the left. See photos. The difference in size between left door and right door in photo. This is because plywood was not laid correctly. The stone for the bathroom sinks was not cut to size. It hangs over on 1 side. The sinks leak. He cut holes for soap dispensers which do not line up. It goes on... RUN! I am now suing them. CSLB is investigating them as they are not licensed. UPDATE: Victor claims no foul language was used... See photo of the screenshot of the text messages from the owner (his sister), ""f-your sink" "And "f you too" when I asked them to make an appointment to check out the problems. It's not a plumbing leak. The sink has fallen away from the countertop because it was not installed correctly and it leaks into the cabinet when water get's in between the sink and the countertop. Had Victor bothered to call to find out what was going on, he would have known this. But he said once the job was done, they had no further liability. He is wrong. CA law has an implied warranty of 1 year on all workmanship. Also, see email from Lisseth DePaz then check out the review she left herself "Lisseth D." Since you can now see they are liars... RUN! I am now suing them. CSLB is investigating them as they are not licensed.
