After the initial consultation, I waited about six weeks until they could start. I hired them to remodel two full bathrooms and a downstairs half, all of which came out great and completed in a timely manner--about 16-18 working days total. I had to buy everything myself regarding tile and finishes and they provided the rest! If you don't have the truck or the lower back to transport tile, they will pick it up for you. I preferred Floor and Decor based on their recommendation. Tips: - They prefer to use Schluter brand building supplies, so make sure that whatever you plan in regards to shelves and finishes can work with that brand. Best to discuss with them ahead of time. - They will do electrical work, fans, paint and more for an extra fee, make sure to discuss this outside of the original quote - Have all materials--from shower door to backsplashes--at your house and check everything upon arrival! It is impossible to find anything these days that doesn't take weeks to ship, even something as simple as a towel bar. The guys graciously came back a week or two later to install one missing piece from my vanity. - There is a bit of lag in email communication with them, so it might be best to get a phone number for text or calling for better response time Overall, very satisfied with the finished product and how they conducted their business. There are no signs of leaks or poor craftsmanship in any of their work areas, and they kept it nice and tidy. Jesse and Kyle did a full primary bathroom remodel for us recently and we couldn't be happier with the experience and the quality of the work. They removed our 80s-era jacuzzi tub/shower combo and installed a freestanding tub and separate curbless shower with niches according to our design. They also replaced the floor tile with a custom mosaic pattern and installed floor to ceiling subway tile, as well as installing an exhaust fan, high end toilet, and lighting sconce fixtures. After meeting with the two, they quickly followed up with a reasonable and competitive price to perform two bathroom remodels at my Mom's house. Jesse and Kyle did a great job redoing our guest bathroom. After months of looking for contractors and only getting very high quotes or no call backs, we founds these guys on Yelp. Not only did they give us a very reasonable quote to do the bathroom, they returned my calls, and said they could complete the job in just 5 days (it took them 5 1/2 days which I think is fantastic.) They did great work for a great price with no drama or stress. I also want to add that we were expecting a baby and wanted the bathroom done when the baby got home. Well, I delivered early and Jesse and Kyle were scheduled to start a few days after we arrived home. They offered to reschedule, but we decided to start as scheduled and just get it done. They were very considerate by keeping the dust and mess to a minimum, cleaned up every day before they left, let me know when they needed to turn off the water or were going to be noisy, and were very respectful of my privacy and space in taking care of a newborn. I really really wish this had turned out better. I was surprised with my experience considering the other reviews. I had called Jesse as I have a large variety of items I needed done. It took a while for him to get back to me, but he eventurally did. I sent an email with all of the items I wanted done. He said he can get everything done in one day, so we scheduled a full day of work and I took the day off to be there. Jesse showed up on time but was only able to complete 2 of the very small tasks as he "needed another guy" to compete the other activities. This should have been explained at the start. So, we scheduled another day where he could bring another guy with him to do the work. Jesse was supposed to be at my house at 9 am. At 10:45 he calls me, asks me for my address and says sorry he is late the other guy called in sick. Wait, didnt he need another guy to finish the work at my house? Not only should he have called BEFORE he was supposed to be there to tell me he was going to be late, he should have immediately rescheduled me when he didnt have another guy because the job required it. Yet another day off of work and NOTHING got done. I decided to give the guy one more chance because he had such great reviews and figured he was going through a difficult time. We scheudled another day and very late the night before he was supposed to come he cancels via email with a family emergency. While family should always come first, he never followed up or rescheduled. 2 full days off of work wasted....Good luck trying to get him to you with the right people. Very unfortunate. read more
