Multiple employees walked by my car and then opened the other door and let the other cars in. 40 MINUTES LATER, an employee comes out and asked me what i was doing. I explained that I was in line for an express oil change....he said, "oh this lane isn't open". Literally 8 people in the shop looked at me multiple times while they did absolutely nothing. I opted to leave and pay out of pocket instead of take advantage of the jeep wave service program. I won't ever have my car serviced or buy another car from this dealer again....I think this was purchase 5 or 6 in a row, loose too many customer and you don't have a dealership. I'd be completely embarrassed if i was the manager of a department that had service in the name.

I had to sell my 2018 Ford Focus because I was no longer able to work and make the payments. I had…read morean appointment with CarMax to get an appraisal and had already done an online appraisal. My car mechanically was in excellent condition and only had 24,700 miles on it however, it had been hit twice in my apartment parking lot and needed bodywork done. I stopped by Keller Ford the day before my appointment at CarMax because I thought I needed a Lein letter. While I was there I asked them to appraise my car. The manager offered me approximately$2000 LESS than my payout on my loan and suggested that I pay my deductible to get it fixed and then he would give me $1000 more than my payout. He spoke as though the 3 to 4000$ to fix it would come out of his pocket! The office was empty other than the manager and 2 other employees. The next day I went to CarMax and boy were they busy!!!! My customer specialist was amazing and kept apologizing for taking so much time. Very positive experience. The end result, selling my car at CarMax, paid off my loan to Ford Credit and I had a check for $4889. in hand when I left. If your going to buy and sell cars, be like CarMax!

The demeanor is a true safety concern and intolerable for a business environment. This correlates to a new car purchase. We paid to order a new vehicle and upon arrival, a different one was presented, one with decals all over the body. Instead of offering to make it right and get the car we paid to secure, they only offered to remove the stickers, which damaged the paint and left the vehicle covered in scratches. They have yet to make it right or take responsibility for their dishonest business practices. The experience at Kool Toyota from a new vehicle purchase to service was disappointing. Carefully consider giving Kool Toyota your business as you may have the same experience we did.
