I had to sell my 2018 Ford Focus because I was no longer able to work and make the payments. I had an appointment with CarMax to get an appraisal and had already done an online appraisal. My car mechanically was in excellent condition and only had 24,700 miles on it however, it had been hit twice in my apartment parking lot and needed bodywork done. I stopped by Keller Ford the day before my appointment at CarMax because I thought I needed a Lein letter. While I was there I asked them to appraise my car. The manager offered me approximately$2000 LESS than my payout on my loan and suggested that I pay my deductible to get it fixed and then he would give me $1000 more than my payout. He spoke as though the 3 to 4000$ to fix it would come out of his pocket! The office was empty other than the manager and 2 other employees. The next day I went to CarMax and boy were they busy!!!! My customer specialist was amazing and kept apologizing for taking so much time. Very positive experience. The end result, selling my car at CarMax, paid off my loan to Ford Credit and I had a check for $4889. in hand when I left. If your going to buy and sell cars, be like CarMax! read more

Beware of making a purchase from here. Purchased a 2022 truck and when I took it in to a shop a week after purchasing to get running boards installed I was shown a huge dent underneath the drivers door. Tried contacting dealer who told me to take it to me local dealer which I did and was told it needed to go to the body shop for repair. Contacted my salesman and have not heard anything back. Once they get your money they are done dealing with you. Really thought this dealer was better than that. Been three months with no reply and no fix. Thanks Dennis and Keller ford. (1) My 2007 Ford Fusion's A/C was not working. The Keller Ford maintenance people recharged the A/C system and this did not correct the problem - the car did not need refrigerant as there were no leaks. Their conclusion was that the PCM card required replacement. The estimate for that fix was $1,200.00. They charged me $306.30 for the evaluation work. I paid the $306.30 in cash and declined the $1,200.00 for the PCM card. (2) I then brought the car to another Ford Dealer and asked them about the PCM card. They evaluated the A/C system, said it would not require refrigerant as the system was not leaking. They found the A/C problem and installed a $45.00 part. The A/C has been working perfectly well! My Fusion did not required a PCM card. (3) My thought is that Keller Ford should refund my money for the invalid evaluation and recommendation from their service department. Keller Ford Response - this repair was from aug of 2017 and we never heard back from the customer. i would love to have someone contact me. **My response is that they have my phone number, address, and email. It is they who should contact me. I did contact Keller Ford and was informed that the service tech that performed the evaluation was no longer with the company. Keller Ford suggested I have them perform another evaluation of the Air Conditioning issue. That's when I decided to take the car to another Ford dealership. My trust and faith in Keller Ford had been compromised. Keller Ford has declined refunding my money. They have my phone number, address, and email. It is they who should contact me. read more

They have a great deal when you get your oil change, you end up getting a free one after so many times ( I cannot remember the exact number and I don't want to give misinformation). He finally had a manager contact me who hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. If you have problem they seem to avoid you. I would run as far away from Keller Ford as possible. read more

I've come here for oil changes and repairs since I bought my first Kia Sorento, ten years ago. The staff is extremely friendly and the complementary shuttle service is so nice when you need to leave your vehicle overnight for a repair. They recently remodeled the waiting room and service center so they are more welcoming and kid friendly. read more

When it came time to investigate options for our next family vehicle, the Keller Ford team was there to help. We first stopped in on a Saturday, to which appeared to be quite a busy period for the sales people, but that didn't stop them from making sure we were taken care of. The entire team stepped it up and helped us out. We were able to get all our questions answered while sliding in 3 separate test drives for us. The follow week we came back and everyone remember us and greeted up opening. Kind of a refreshing experience by the way. I'm happy to say, we are extremely happy with our selection, the new Explorer. Has everything we were looking for plus a few extras. The sales person said although we were already set with financing that we should speak with their finance manager, Christine VanOeffelen. He believed that she may be able to help find us a better deal. We explained we were not interested but they insisted that they had a great relationship with our current financing company and they could possibly get us a better rate...... WRONG... Christine VanOeffelen did not even listen to anything we said!!!!! After 2 days she called and told us that she found a deal for us, it was a horrible interest rate not even comparable to what we had set up on our own! So since Keller would not budge on the price of their vehicle we started looking else where. We found out from ANOTHER dealership that Keller ran our credit app at over 10 places, when we specifically asked them not too!!! I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with their overpriced vehicles and lacking customer service! read more

Keller Ford is the worst dealership possible! I have purchased new Ford vehicle my entire life. Even purchased a new 2017 Mustang from this dealership. Brought a vehicle there for body work and it sat there for 7 months. Some because of parts issues but mostly because of lack of employees and just plain dropping the ball. The owner of the dealership could care less. The Controller of the company could care even less. They single handedly cost us $7,000.00. A thousand dollars a week because we could not sell it while it sat in the corner of their body shop collecting dust with all the brand new parts sitting next to it (parts I fought the insurance company to provide for them to make the repair go quicker and smoother by the way!!!). When we finally received the vehicle back, mind you...13 WEEKS AFTER THE PARTS WERE RECEIVED!!!, they offered to buy the vehicle back from us but wanted to make money on the sale. WHAT!!! You cost us $7,000 and then want to make money off of my misfortune?? The body shop manager quit over this messed up deal. Bring your car anywhere else other than here for getting work done and most importantly don't line this worthless owners pockets with another dime of your hard earned money. I bought my brand new 2014 Ford Mustang GT Premium California Special Convertible from Josh at Keller Ford. He had to search and search to find one with what I wanted, but he finally found one that was exactly what I wanted, AND it had just been shipped from the factory. It was really important to me to get a 2014, with all of what I wanted in it because it's a bucket list car for me. He did an awesome job researching and finding it for me, and was completely great! He even took a picture of it when it got delivered to Keller and sent it to me with the caption, "Your new car!" I so loved that! I will NEVER buy a car from Keller Ford Kia again... Very unorganized and poor customer service. I bought my first car there in 1990 and had a great experience. It was a very different company then with different people and service. Yesterday, my husband and I were preapproved and set an appointment to purchase an SUV for over 30K. When we arrived, the vehicle was still being cleaned and our paperwork was not ready. We were the only customers in the building and waited over 30 minutes for the paperwork to be printed. In reviewing the paperwork, we noticed the trade-in amount for our vehicle was reduced by $200 from what was agreed. The sales guy tried saying it had to be that way because of some financing or something. Sounded fishy to me. Needless to say, we had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get the paperwork corrected and reprinted. Reviewing and noticed my last name was mispelled (even though my husbands name is the same and spelled correctly). After another 15 minutes wait, the papers came back mispelled again... another 15 minutes wait and our address was incorrect... again another 15-20 minute wait. My husband is disabled with a bad back. We were sitting in the dealership trying to close this deal for 3 1/2 hours. This was extreemly unacceptable to me and if my husband wouldn't have wanted the vehicle so bad, we would have walked out of there after 2 hours. All we initially recieved was ... "oh, I'm sorry... this isn't our usual finance person". We asked to speak to the manager and all he said was I'm sorry, I will have your gas tank filled up. I would think that if I'm spending 30K + at your business, that would have been part of their normal policy to do that... nope...first the manager just said all I can say is I'm sorry, this isn't our normal person to handle this, it happens.. When my husband said he should do more to compensate for this, the manager asked what we wanted him to do. We asked to take money off price, give more for trade-in, or 3 free oil changes... His reply "Oh No, I can't do that"... "I'll give you 1 free oil change"... This place is for the birds. I would never recommend and I will NOT go back. Sales rep never even thanked us for our purchase. If looking for a vehicle, do not buy here. read more
