Old Navy is one of my favorite places to shop. I appreciated being acknowledged as I walked into the store, an Associate said, "welcome in". This particular store had many positive notes...they have plenty of parking, are open at 9AM on Saturdays & have shopping carts available at the store entrance. Plus outstanding customer service. All adding to a very positive experience. I was there to exchange or return an infant snow jacket. The size I bought was too big. The Baby/Kid Department is large, with lots of selection, varying sizes & great prices. (Note, they have clothes for the entire family, plus accessories.) The size I needed wasn't available. So I headed back up to the front of the store to make my Return. While there the Associate asked why I was returning the jacket. She immediately went online & checked the store inventory to see if they had any in the back. She thought they might have the size I was looking for & quickly left to check. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. She then offered to place an online order for me because other locations had the item. My daughter wanted to look at shoes that Old Navy has. I didn't know they had shoes. Cute shoes and reasonable. She also found a really cute hat. The sun in Denver is really hot. You do need a hat on. Even if it snows and is really cold, that sun is terrible. Old Navy is a really great store. Ten stars. :-) read more

This is the weirdest Old Navy. It's like, empty. It may have been that I was in there just after a sale or just before stocking of new styles. But, it was very empty. There just wasn't much as far as styles/outfits. They usually have 5 kinds of ladies jeans (Sweetheart, Diva, Flirt, Rockstar & Dreamer). This place only had 4 and nearly all of them were skinny-style, virtually no boot cut to be found. They hadn't even heard of the Dreamer-style. It was just odd. Don't get me wrong, service was super nice. One lady ran all over the store trying to find me a pair of boot cut Rockstar jeans. So, I definitely won't be writing this place off. I'll have to stop by another time, hopefully just after they have re-stocked. read more

This is a pretty good Old Navy and the best part? Not a lot of people know it's here. I've been here at various times throughout the day and it's always been near empty with just a few lone shoppers wondering through the store. It's just like any other Old Navy when it comes to stock and they have a pretty sweet accessories and clearance section which is the first spot I hit up since I'm cheap. If you sign up for their emails, you can get coupons and the 411 on sales and such so you get more bang for your buck! Plus if you like latin music, you can jam out because that's all I've ever heard here. Employees have always been friendly and helpful but they are super young and make me feel old and the clientele I've seen there is a little questionable looking but regardless, I've always had a nice experience. read more

This Old Navy actually seems to have a greater selection of stuff (or the same, I don't shop here often) than other Old Navy's I've been to. It is quite unorganized, but that might be due to the 40% off everything sale they just had. It took quite a while to pay, they had two cashiers and one of them was helping a gal who couldn't seem to get her stuff together. The other one was left to help everyone else in line. They were nice, it just took a while. read more

I may not be the clientele for Old Navy anymore. A long, long time ago I had a pretty solid wardrobe from Old Navy. With my most recent visit I can say that either the quality and options have taken a nose dive or my taste was really that awful back in the day. Fabric quality is poor, most of these items will disintegrate in front of your eyes in three washes. The only reason to come here would be for cheap one wear summer tanks, baby clothes since they'll grow out of them so quickly and jeans. Everything else is a waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy quality. read more

I visited and made a purchase at this location yesterday; however, I was very frustrated and disappointed by the fact that store employees were unwilling to honor the price that one of the items I purchased was clearly advertised in-store. A sign above the jacket that I purchased was clearly labeled as for that specific jacket and was marked as on sale for $35.97 down from $44.96. When I got to the register the jacket rang up as $47.95 down from $59.94. When I pointed out that this was wrong according to the sign, as well as showing an employee the sign, they said that the sign was a mistake and refused to honor the price as marked. This was blatant false advertising and is unfair to charge a customer more than the item was clearly marked. In addition, this location is terribly disorganized. My husband and I spent a good 20 minutes sifting through stacks of jeans attempting to find his size. The jeans had not been folded neatly in the appropriate section for their size -- They were just stuffed in the shelves, with many unfolded, and sizes and washes mixed together. We were unable to find his size in the desired wash, and attempts to locate an employee on the floor to find out if his size was available, were fruitless. Wow this place is a mess! Just left and it looked like someone took a cannon and started shooting clothes everywhere! There were piles of clothing on the floor, on registers, thrown all over the racks. Went to check out and the blonde (manager?) seemed to be too into texting than opening up a register. If you enjoy picking through piles of clothes then check this place out. I had to call the store phone # to get someone to come up front to check out. read more

In the last year this place has turned into a total joke. It's beyond disorganized and as messy as a Ross store. The staff is rude and doesn't care. Today for example instead of addressing the 20+ person lines, the manager in her Broncos sweatshirt was chitchatting with other employees and having them paint the door jam. After waiting in those lines, the manager walked in front of me and put a closed sign on the register that I was waiting for and then told the employee to close down after her current customer. I then decided to walk out before I said something I would regret. Considering this is only one of two old navy's in the state that still carries maternity clothes I don't have many options for a different Old Navy. But even their maternity section is a quarter of what it used to be. Considering the clientele that Northfield, and Stapleton serve, they need better management to meet the needs of their customers. read more

I'm not sure if I can shop here intelligently because my hips want to wiggle to the loud music and admire all the displays of colorful clothing. I think it's a throwback from my childhood, feeling like I walked into a 1960 wormhole. Old Navy is known for their retro look and high quality but lately the quality has gone down and the retro look has slid towards el cheapo. Lots of things are coming from China, Vietnam and the Philippians. Small size sun dresses for women have such narrow arms, that even someone with an eating disorder (a serious mental health condition) could find too small. Their clothing seems to be mass produced in a factory without attention to detail. You will find some great buys when they have a sale, from baby gifts to heavy sweaters and scarfs on sale in the late winter. I found two pairs of pants for my son at $15.00. Why spend more when teens use their clothing for wiping their hands? The staff are clearly there to help you and offer support. It's a large store with room to wander and feel comfortable. All I can say to the buyers is, bring in some more quality clothing please, and make sure it's the old fashioned retro look that your name stands for. For the people, watch for sales, you can really snag a bargain. read more

Store is my go to for birthday presents for my nieces and nephew! The staff is very friendly too!

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Old Navy. On the one hand, it's hard to argue with the prices. On the other hand, I'm not shy about paying good money for good products. So why am I shopping at Old Navy, I can hear you ask. Well, of the items they have that I like, they are good at it. Beach towels, straw fedoras, khaki shorts, colorful tees, athletic draw-string shorts, the occasional loud (and muted) polo shirt. They are having a good sale on right now through the 22nd of May, so if you have a charge card with Old Navy you can receive an additional discount, I think it was 30% (wow!). So that is all the good news. The bad news for me is that of the things they sell that I don't like, I feel tricked. I've tried the boxers and they simply wear out too fast. I've tried the classic knit button down shirt, not tailored properly and of cheap construction generally. I could go on, but I think the reader gets the idea - be choosey, buyer beware and don't take it too seriously, it's Old Navy after all. Old Navy is a great place for Spring and Summer shopping, for those one-off seasonal items you need to complete your picnic, barbeque or pool party. read more
