Unreliable. I had booked Mike's company to help me with the second half of my moving journey: i.e unloading the moving truck at our new apartment. Mike and his team initially did a great job helping us pack and move. Once we were settled in our new place we saw a TV, computer desk, and a couple lamps were broken. Reached out to Mike and he stated once items were in storage their responsibility is over and that it was explained to us, which is a lie. Also that imaginary policy that was never stated or explained makes no sense seeing as they could throw items in storage and you wouldn't know until you're finally moved in and plug in a TV and see a screen is shattered, which is exactly what happened to us. Now my messages are being ignored and I had to resort to having our property manager reach out since he referred us to their services. Mike, everything you're saying is all good and well but I was given a price to do everything and I paid it. The storage unit couldn't be climbed around in, and the things that were broken were in between mattresses, which were all the way on the back wall. They weren't accessible or touched until they were taken out of storage. Taking things "as is" sounds like a pretty easy way for things to break, and not being told about some imaginary policy until AFTER items were found to be broken seems pretty convenient. read more

I was very nervous to move a packed storage unit after almost 6 years. I must say I was put at ease by Jason and his team, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help, to move quickly and efficiently, and to do it all with a big smile.
