Food came out in no time. The steak was finely diced with a little crisp to it. I'm a huge fan of that. The pastor was a little sweet heat which didn't disappoint also diced and crisped up. The chorizo was not greasy at all with a little thicker ground beef texture which I liked. The green sauce was hot to me but I'm soft when it comes to spicy. Salsa had less bite.
