They remove my post and I get a curt response on messenger. The tone in the response was pretty much rude and I'm told she will get back with me. Who runs a business not answering the phone? The next day I'm sent a tracking number. That's it. No explanation nothing. I then ask when the package was mailed. I never got a response. I later check the number and it shows it was mailed the day she sent the number. When I get my cup, guess what? Wrong color!! I FB message Wendy since I know better than to call. I send her the picture again of the color I wanted/requested. I'm then sent a slew of color wheels and told that's what they went by. Funny I was never told that or showed any color wheel when I gave them my $35 dollars. Then I'm told that's the color of the yeti cooler. I told her I never asked for a cooler color. I asked for a cup color. The seafoam color is all over Etsy. Very easy to research instead she just wanted to make a fast buck. Now I'm told there are no refunds on custom items. AGAIN more I was not told before purchase. This owner or manager seems very unorganized and childish in her correspondence. Very poor customer service. I will be following up for a resolution. This was my first time at this Nordstrom Rack location. I had found what I was looking for on the…read morewebsite the previous evening and went into the store to get it. It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.
