We called Top To Bottom Renovation early on a Sunday morning in the middle of a holiday weekend. By 9:30am on Sunday we Fred and team arrived, he told us what needed to be done, we agreed on a very reasonable price and they immediately got started. They got all the rain water mopped up, set up 24 heavy duty fans and added two megawatt dehumidifiers. In 72 hours everything was bone dry and back to normal. We didn't even need to use our insurance which would have cost us more and slowed down the process.
