I settled on a new sink instal, and their estimate was literally 25% of another competitor, which I still don't quite understand (the competitor must've misunderstood something) BUT Fer came through with a solid plumber (Jose), the estimate was spot on, and the work was good. It always seems way too expensive but they guarantee their work and all was done professionally. Hot water pressure was low. I got an estimate to replace valve or entire faucet. Went with valve replacement first. That did not work. Had to replace entire kitchen faucet. Once they actually figured out what was wrong it was a simple fix. Too bad the finding the problem was not. As noted, once problem found work was done and corrected the problem. Aside from that was payment accepted. I asked before replacing valve if they took credit cards and he said yes. After work was completed he said he only took Zelle, checks, or cash. Having to go the the ATM was inconvenient. Also, he went to buy parts twice. Afterwards he told me I could have bought the parts myself and he would have used them.
