I had a great experience with PCR! We have a sofa by our french doors that our puppy loves to sit on, and it accumulated dirt over the past year. I needed a refresh and found PCR on Yelp. Booking an appointment was easy. The morning of, I got a text letting me know that the technician was on his way and he arrived on time. Minor carpet repair job that looked phenomenal after. As for stream cleaning, the carpets look brand new now. So fresh and so clean. LOL. We had a staged condo on the market in DC that was broken into by squatters and trashed including vomit on a sofa and rug. I wanted the sofa and the rug cleaned so I could leave the house staged. Established in 2008.

We began our carpet steam cleaning, carpet restoration, and water damage remediation company in alexandria va, 22305 in 2008. Initially we worked with commercial apartment complex communities helping them decrease carpet turnover cost by restoring carpets that were going to be replaced. We removed stains, stretched the carpets, repaired the carpets, steam cleaned the carpet, spot dyed bleach, installed padding, and overall brought the carpets to an acceptable state. Now we want to share our exceptional experience with our communities. We have remediated water damage to entire buildings that have had over 10 floors flooded due to fires, and apartments units that have completely flooded from burst pipes, to multiple-level-homes that flood from laundry machines and more. Now we want to share our high quality, professional services with residential clients, and kindly ask for the opportunity to serve you.

I grew up in Alexandria va, and went to school here since elementary through college. With the help of family members, whom had over fifteen years experience in the carpet restoration and water damage remediation industry, we created our company Professional Carpet Restoration, in Alexandria VA 22305 in 2008. I enjoy introspective thought, volunteering, and bike rides. I have volunteered with Community Lodgings, the City of Alexandria and the Arlington Food Assistance Center. I am happy when I help someone because sooner or later we all need someone to help us, as I have been helped countless times by others.

I had hoped, at best, that the carpets would look a bit better. To my delight the carpets look brand new! Scheduling was easy. I made initial contact online and received a prompt email response back. The scheduler gave me a 2 hour window at first, and then kept me apprised of more specific timing the day of the cleaning. The office staff are polite and friendly. The crew called me an hour before they headed over to my home, at my request. The pricing is honest and fair. Apparently, the carpet cleaning industry has a lot of schemers who lowball the price and then shortcut the cleaning process. Not Excellent Carpet Cleaners! You can choose the level of cleaning and then get exactly what you pay for. How awesome is that!

H&C construction has been my go to contractor for my last two large renovation projects. The most…read morerecent was a full bathroom teardown and renovation and we are thrilled with the results. The work the team did was beautiful and a great value for the price. We went a little over 10% over budget, which is just about what I expected for a project like this, and I was pleasantly surprised that we actually finished a few days early. The work comes with a 3-year warranty too (which we needed in the past and have had no trouble using), which gives extra peace of mind. Each person on the project - Elena the project manager, Juan the site supervisor, Alexa the designer, John the estimator, and especially the lead technician Cornelio was a pleasure to work with. As with any renovation, there are always surprises and hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, even when I was stressed and occasionally cranky. One thing of particular note was how much the team was willing to work with me when the inevitable surprises came up. There are things that nobody can foresee, which usually results in a change order and extra cost, but then there are those little things where everyone leaves a conversation with a different impression. In those latter instances, I always really appreciated how willing everyone was to meet me halfway and to make sure I felt good about how things were going and confident that we were doing right by each other. All in all, I highly recommend them and they will be my first call next time I have a project!

Worst part: charging us for things like moving the fridge AND putting it back. If we want the ice maker reconnected, it's more than $100! Insane. And our house is all electric (no gas) but they're charging us to reconnect the gas line! I can't imagine how much people overlook when choosing this company. It's too bad, too, because they were our first choice. Not anymore.
