There is always a wait and never any staff. Your appointment time is never honored. The employees will never investigate why something isn't working. If the computer doesn't give them an answer right away, they do not go looking for creative solutions. I've been to the store almost 5 times for the same issue with no resolution and no interest from the staff in working to solve the problem. I have never had a positive experience at this location and I would encourage others to go elsewhere. Returned to store to turn in phone. The assistant manager, not appearing to be doing anything, told me one of her 'experts' (she made it sound like extras) would be with me. I mentioned that I was just there to drop off a phone I was trading in. Instead of taking the time to explain the process, she just repeated herself in a condescending tone. The original sales person Victor was great, so I let home upsell me some. Yulisa was great, I just new. I genuinely hate AT&T they always have hidden fees and will lie to you in your face about how much you'll actually be paying ...0/10 I can't even switch my provider because other companies are always scared to take a customer from AT&T . They'll lock your phone and force you to stay with them unless you buy a brand new phone with another company. read more

We walked in at 2:15pm on a Sunday, were asked what we were interested in and to provide some basic information. We were then asked to wait outside - or in our vehicle (to help maintain social distancing and lower store capacity) - until we received a text. 12 min later, the text was received, we met with an AT&T sales associate - some password resets, a few codes, and a bit of battery charging and we were on our way. With speed and professionalism, our porting and account update needs were met. I walked away thankful for a lower monthly bill and more account perks than my former carrier - of which I had been a loyal customer for more than 20 years. Sometimes change is exactly what we need! This is my first every review. I've had bad experiences yes, but this is the only time I've ever had to urge to vent about an experience. So I was trying to buy a new phone for my partner. She had AT&T, so I saw they had a trade in deal for $700 off a new phone. So yesterday we go in the store, and I inquire about the deal, asking if the trade-in deal was applicable with my partner's plan. Note, my partner is still on her father's plan. The store associate tells me yes, that the deal would be no problem with the phones we have to trade in, the only catch is that my partner wouldn't have 5G with her current plan. So today we go the store. I explicitly ask again if my partners plan is eligible, showing the associate that the online ad that says otherwise. He assures me this is no issue, and that I'm eligible for the full $700 trade in. Perfect. I pay $500 down plus tax, and was just waiting for the trade in to process. The associate tells me the AT&T system/network is down, and tells me to come back to the store later in the day to get my trade in processed for the $700 credit. No problem. I come back later, and then I get told that actually they made a mistake and my partner wasn't eligible for the trade in to begin with. I asked for a refund or a credit, and they told me that I had to pay $55 to return the phone. This is after we've had the phone for maybe 3 hours, and had already purchased accessories for it. So basically I was SOL. I could've bought an unlocked phone straight from Apple instead. It makes me sick that they're making commission off of robbing me. How is this legal? Anyhow Thanks for reading and, please, please, PLEASE literally pick any other store/carrier so that you don't get criminally robbed like I did. read more

These guys are really professional. As you walk in there is a person who will put you on a waiting list to be helped in the order that it was received. The sales people are super nice and they are also really informative. They are border line of perfection! The only downside is , they NEVER have the new models on hand because they sell out so quickly. So if you're looking to run in when the next iPhone model or Galaxy model phone comes in then you better put your money on another location!! read more

The worst customer service especially from the Angela the shift manager. I heard about everyone's drunken weekend that worked at this location. I just came to pick up a online order and was there for over an hour. It was such lack of customer service that Angela went to another employee who just standing around and began whispering and gossiping about customers. She was very loud with her whispering was over heard talking about a customer. This was a very unprofessional customer experience and I will not be returning. Angela also just kept following me around the store and hovering over me, never once, asked to assist me just made me feel uncomfortable with all the following and starring me. This was not a great experience and the team at this store needs customer service training and to be taught professionalism, especially ANGELA! read more

We were greeted and served by Nick, who did a great job in listening to our needs and explaining the different IPhone features and different available plans. I would leave zero stars if I could. AT&T is a horrible company. I literally have to call once a month when my bill comes to dispute random charges they love to add on. I recently bought a new otterbox iPhone cover that they assured me had a warranty. I kept the box and the receipt and when the case looked like it had been run through a shredder after 30 days I went back to the store to fulfill the warranty and they refused. I am still in shock by the amazing service I received here last week. I originally went in because I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone 4. I find it near impossible to put these things on myself without it looking like bubble wrap, so I went in to buy a new one and to get assistance with installation. The girl who helped me was named Elaina and told me about a newer screen protector option called the Moshi. It has a lifetime guarantee and they will replace it for free if it gets messed up. She also claimed it is bubble-proof, easier to install, and you can clean it. I was sold at "lifetime guarantee". Elaina put the screen protector on perfectly - no bubbles!!! While ringing me up she asked if I had purchased my case through AT&T and I said yes. She typed away on the computer, walked away, and came back with a new Speck cover that was the same color as the one I came in with. She said that since mine was cracked they could replace it for free! I was amazed and left very satisfied with my brand new iPhone outfit! read more

This AT&T store needs to be taught customer service. I waited in line for my preordered iPhone 6 for about 30 minutes. After this AT&T disabled my wife's phone. She didn't even buy a new one. I then went back and they wanted me to wait in line again for about an hour to fix the issue of needing a new SIM card. This store could have brought me out a new SIM card, they don't even cost money. This store was extremely rude about the whole situation. I think you should try going to any other AT&T store but this one. Of course I also recommend avoiding AT&T like the plague. read more

Great customer service experience! I would highly recommend this store and staff. All courteous and professional. We combined two cellular plans, added iPad data, and purchased a new phone. Specifically, Phil W. did a great job of presenting and explaining different plan options. He went above and beyond by recommending cost savings, showing us related accessories, adeptly applying new glass screen on phone (no small feat), obtaining old phone credit, then efficiently completing sales/contract purchase agreement. read more

Went in to make some adjustments to my account. There was no one in front of me. As soon as a rep was available, the manager Dan started chatting with her. I waited at least 5 mire minutes as I watched them chit chat behind the counter. We I saw the sales rep start busting some move with her cell phone up in the air I approached them and asked if she was available to help me. Dan, the manager, in a rude tone said "NO!, IF SHE WAS WE WOULD BE CALLING YOU" and then turned back to his conversation with her as if I didn't exist. Dan, lacks professionalism and is not a good representation for AT&T, he has no manners, no customer service skills, and seemed to have an arrogant personality. As an owner of a business myself I would never consider such a person for an employee much less a manager. read more
