Zero stars. We cancelled the service nearly two months ago and I've been trying to get them to stop processing recurring transactions on my card ever since. Their voicemail is full and no one responds to texts or FB messages. I'm having to report this as fraud or cancel my credit card at this point which is fucking annoying. Also, we cancelled because the Tech was a no show a handful of times and/or came on unscheduled days (not due to inclement weather)that he announced literally an hour or less before showing. So not only was I not impressed with the shitty service but I've been paying for the non-existent shitty service for months now. I feel like I would be forgiving and totally ok if the recurring payments were a simple mistake but being ignored after repeated attempts to contact them is straight up FRAUD. Don't hire this business. *Update: Someone finally responded after I left the above review in Google confirming "they had reached out to billing"..unfortunately 100% do not trust this business and am going to just report the payments as fraud to my credit card company. I should have read the Yelp reviews before hiring as it looks like my experience is not unique. read more

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING!!!! Quite literally the worst haircut my goldendoodle could have received. And he's sick now! (Update: called me and told me I was a loser for leaving this review. Nice.) Update: contracted conjunctivitis (eye infection) Terrible cut- I asked for face, stomach and sanitary. The groomer shaved a single patch on my dogs chest, and a single patch on his rear (doesn't even cover align to his anus for pooping). Scissor cut on the stomach left most of it in patches and the hair that were cut were still hanging on to the other hairs. Not even to mention the face, a four year old could have at least covered it uniformly but there were random strands that were inches longer than the rest. Overall terrible experience, when I asked for a refund they told me no because my pet wouldn't hold still (he does fine at krisers which I guess I'll be going back to on Monday to fix the atrocious mess) read more

Rodeon did a very poor job washing my dog's ass. I'll find a better groomer next time

Very bad customer service. We started services in 2024, then in October of 2024, the poop picker guy suddenly wanted to meet my dog (she was coming back from one of her doggy daycamp days). This was after having been supposedly attacked by another dog prior to coming to our home. So we let him in the house to the back yard. He was scared of her because she was barking at him (not teeth showing, no hair coming up her back) and pawing. So he decided he couldn't do it anymore, reporting to the owner that she "attacked him" while we were with her. We never had her outside when he picked up poop. He was scared of her when she was inside the house. Even our neighbor's little girl wasn't scared of her. We never put her outside unless we're home because she doesn't have a doggy door. So, we talked to My Denver Pet, they said we're such good customer and didn't want to lose us so they would assign someone else and give us a free month. Well, nobody came to pick the poo in November or December. Then they restarted the twice monthly charges without any service in December. I left them messages and my husband left them messages, calling the 720-951-9053 on December 5th and 19th when the charges came in. They never called back, so I finally had to call my credit card company to have them dispute the charges to get my refund back and to have them stop automatically charging me. I have cameras, so I get notified when people come to the side gate. I wouldn't have to take these steps if they had called me back the first time. It's just really bad customer service. Oh and the guy who picks up poop, he doesn't own any dogs, so I can see why he was scared. You show dogs you're scared of them and don't understand dog body language, you're making them uneasy. They need to train their employees. Customer Service is everything is business and they're awful. Look for other reputable businesses. read more

I wasn't sure how we were going to get my two Scottish Terriers groomed and smelling nice (I attempted a bath a few weeks ago - not fun for any of us!) during the 'safe at home' time, but saw a note on Next Door that My Denver Pet was great so thought I'd try them. They texted right back & said they had a que going (vs. specific appointments) because of so many requests, which I joined, and heard from them about a week later that they could be to our house in one hour. A great way to get the dogs groomed during the COVID shut down .. lots of distancing & the dogs are now happy & so are we!! They also are super efficient and took about half the time of our usual groomer + because they were parked right out in front of the house, we didn't have any transportation time. Beware!! This was, unquestionably, the WORST grooming experience we've ever had. The scheduling was confusing (e.g, they showed up twice on wrong day / time), and when they finally did show up, they did a terrible job. In fact, I'm quite sure the "groomer" had never groomed before in her life... the cut was uneven and she completely ignored some sections. Just check out the pictures. I would have expected they would have offered a discount for the job, but still charged us full price. We used the company 3x before this experience and loved the convenience of having them come to the house and had decent groomers. But never again. There's plenty of other mobile groomers out there who actually know how to groom. (Btw, I've never posted a yelp review before, but this experience was so terrible I feel I must warn others) As an update... I'm extremely disappointed in the businesses response below. Just last month they reached out to me to see if we were interested in setting up an appointment. When I reminded them of the horrible experience we had, he told me that the "groomer" was no longer with them. He then proceeded to share all the positive reviews he's received, and was a bit arrogant in replying to my concerns. Again, when we first used them, they were good, and if the groomer we were given is in fact gone, then you might have a good experience. However, their absolutely false and unprofessional response below reaffirms that they will never regain my business; I hope anyone considering hiring them takes this into account. read more

I wanted to let everyone know about My Denver Pet mobile Dog Grooming. I have a 125lb Bernese Mountain Dog and a 70lb Golden Retriever. The Burner is 8 years old (they normally live to 6-7) and has a hard time getting a round, gets nervous easily, sweet but skittish. He was pretty matted and had not been groomed since November. My Denver Pet not only got rid of all the mats, but was able to keep him calm and happy throughout the experience. Both dogs turned out great, furminator got rid of all the excess fur, clean teeth, nails trimmed, everything was excellent. I highly recommend them for your pets! read more

Unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. Disgusted at how dirty and filthy the van was. Groomer uses dirty towels off the floor with dog hair to dry my pups. Van looked like it never gets cleaned or picked up. Groomer Injured my pup by cutting deep into her nail and making her bleed. After years of taking my 2 dogs into Petsmart and having them there for at least 4-5 hours, not to mention the hassle of making appointments that work around my schedule, I decided to try something new. I was referred to my Denver pet from a friend of mine who said that they were incredible and best of all show up right at your doorstep. I have used them 3 times now for the top dog package and they come back absolutely perfect. It shows that the groomers put a lot of time and effort into grooming my pups and it's hassle free because they come to me. I adore this company. I've only used them for the pet waste service but my experience has been great! They are very polite over the phone, that the is always important to me. Also they provide the awesome service of cleaning up after your dogs and even cats if you choose (I can handle my cat mess ). These guys come out and do the job and do it well. They leave a little hanger on the door saying when they were there, who serviced you and most importantly if the Poo looks healthy or unhealthy (that for me a huge plus!). I have 3 pretty big dogs who create too much mess for us to handle, one of them may be incontinent from a surgery he had on his backside, & he creates most of it and I hated cleaning it up it was too much and so stinky! So anyway It's not too pricey a service and well worth it to me. This company I know also has many other services and if I'm ever in need of any of these services I would call them first because I already know them and trust them. Plus all the other reviews here are also favorable which is nice to see. I gotta say the person who came up with this idea has brilliant thinking. They took something no one does (cleaning dog waste) for a living but their is a need for & marketed to an areas that has A LOT of families with dogs, and BAM! Success! Awesome. read more

When I went back to work after working from home for a year, we were trying to find the perfect dog walker for our puggle and bugg. My Denver Pet has been wonderful, they are always on time, text you when they get there, and leave a note telling you how your dogs are doing. My dogs seem to love their staff and are always happy when we get home. The owner is super friendly, and the customer service is excellent. For this upcoming Labor Day they will be watching our dogs for the weekend, and I know they will be well taken care of. The service takes dog walking very seriously, and I treat my dogs like my children, so that culture is really important to me. read more

My groomer had to give up her trailer so I had to find someone new. I went on Thumb Tack looking and My Denver Pet responded. But I only saw that they groomed dogs and emailed that back. Rob responded that they also did cats and Codi just left my house, she came today! Codi is wonderful. She has 24 years experience in cat grooming. Lily looks like a new cat. I'm so happy I found her and I recommended to Rob, owner of My Denver Pet to please add cat grooming to his website. She even clipped my very ill kitty's nails in the house for me. I have made standing appointments every 6 weeks for dog grooming. I have confirmed all appointments with the owner and today was the second time that they did not show up for the scheduled grooming. No phone call. No email. Nothing! When you schedule every 6 weeks and adjust your work schedule to accommodate the appointment and they do not show up is very frustrating not to mention unprofessional. My Denver pet is the best. I have a 18 year old Maltese (ayce) and a 7 year old bichon mix who is a rescue (Miley). Ayce is old and doesn't really like anyone. She used to hate getting groomed. Miley is scared of most people and has severe separation anxiety. I tried many places and they would either be traumatised, scared, sad, or they just didn't look good. I feel so lucky to have seen my Denver pet driving one day. I took a picture of the number and now I have the pleasure of their customer for a few years now. It's amazing having people that care and love dogs. My dogs get so excited now when they see Rita. She's my favorite. They look and smell so good every time. They always work with my schedule. Customer service is also great. Having them come to me knowing my dog is not stuck somewhere else or in a kennel is a huge deal. They are very reliable and trustworthy. They also do poop scooping which it great, and makes my life easier. When I saw that they had any negative reviews I was honesty shocked. My dogs are my world and I know I'm very picky when it comes to them and how a company treats me. I feel like sometimes people forget that they are dealing with real humans. I get that it's not great if your card gets charged more or if something happens and they have to change an appointment. But they are very kind and nice people who fix any issue. Once my older dog was giving Rita a hard time because she was tired and didn't want to get groomed. So they took longer to make sure she looked great but also felt comfortable. Things like that makes them the best in my opinion. We just have to understand that things happen and it's unfortunate that someone didn't have a good experience with my Denver pet.
