Pricey compared to the services rendered. Not to mention unusual activity. I took my work car in for a wash. The gentleman who I interacted with when at the entrance was extremely friendly and professional. He briefly inspected the exterior of my vehicle. Once my car was ready, a staff member called out the description of my car and walked me towards the side of the building away from the waiting area. He pointed out a large crack on the windshield and immediately offered to replace or fix it at a cost. He said he's there specifically to identify cracks and offer his services. I immediately informed him that this crack was not there prior to the wash. If this was factual, the gentleman at the entrance would have immediately identified it as it's a relatively large crack. The worse part is he turned to another staff member, laughing and told him in Spanish "she's claiming we cracked it" in a very sarcastic manner. Little did he know that I understand and speak Spanish. His attitude immediately changed to worse and said "even if we cracked it, we aren't responsible for any damages and the signs are posted everywhere". I asked for a manager who wasn't helpful at all. He went on by justifying his actions claiming he's not an employee, he's an independent contractor. Since when do car washes have independent contractors? His job title is irrelevant, he humiliated me in the presence of others thinking I didn't understand Spanish. The manager took no responsibility for this guys actions. Looks like he may be hanging out trying to bank on customers cars who come out of the car wash area with sudden windshield cracks. I have requested a call from the owner and still no response yet. Take pictures of your vehicles before taking it to this place. The car wash wasn't worth the price, they didn't bother to vacuum the trunk area. I had to clean the rest myself. I don't recommend this place. Funny business. read more

Ihave been using happy boy for years. GREAT JOB. I understand prices have gone up, but they never charge the same for their add ons. I know it is under new ownership, but I have not been able to reach him or he to call me back to discuss what happened. The attendant that takes your order was not only rude but AGRESSIVE with me. When I asked about the price difference when I come in. I am an old lady. He told me to GET OUT!!; Had the guys stop vacuming. Got right in front of my face and said go someplace else. His temper was a little scary. Another attendant stepped in and took over. Apologizing I asked the lady at the desk to speak to the owner. She said he was out if town. I explained what happened; she had no reaction. They did do a really good job on my truck I have not been back. read more

Before using the excellent car was services, I recommend that the registered owner responds on Yelp to the complaints regarding the "Independent Contractor" who's running what appears to be running a windshield damage repair scam on the property. I was suckered in once, and then the same guy tried to run the same scam again today (same spot on the windshield). I guess he doesn't keep records of the cars that he's already "made repairs on". read more

This place is awesome. I come here all the time and the service is always a 10 out of 10. The team does an amazing job and my car always comes out spotless and shining like new. They really take their time and pay attention to every detail. Make sure to bring extra cash to tip the cleaners because they definitely deserve it for the great work they do every single time. Sorry Happy Boy lost my business today. Pulled up to get my car washed and the wash is already $40. The guy looked in my truck and said it was dusty and it would be an extra $15. I said it's already $40. He said, "then you can go". And I did. I went straight up Yucaipa Blvd to the car wash on the corner of 3rd and the blvd. They cleaned it no questions asked no additional fees. My truck looks beautiful. I've been taking my car to happy boy for years, but I will never be back after today thanks to the owner. read more

Half my suv was cleaned they say it vaccumed driver side was passager side still had dry leaves my dashboard was dusty . The top of my car the roof was not dried as I drove away all the water came down the windshield . Passenger drive side window still dirty . I took my car to get a car wash today paid extra due to knowing that my car needed a really good vacuum and the car wash. The older gentleman gave me the worst service I have ever experienced one. Definitely not what I would expect from a car wash here on the boulevard. He was so disrespectful in regards to saying that he would never service my car again because of how dirty it was. You work at a car wash, I'm paying for you to clean my car. I got my kids in the car and just left the property so disappointed with this type of service. I told him it was BS and he threw my TESLA key card back at me hitting the ground, and says he doesn't want my business very rudely. I took my 2005 Durango here today. I am very dissatisfied with their service, used to be good, now it's not. I paid for their Luxury wash and got a wash my 8 year old niece could have done better. The man that serviced my SUV wiped everything down like he was in a rush, then would disappear for 5 minutes at a time. In other words, I got a rush job that took forever. They left smudges & streaks on my windows. The guy didn't even attempt to get the dirt off my fenders & doors behind the front wheels & left my rims filthy. This is the 3rd or 4th time in the past year they have done a poor job. I guess my Durango isn't new enough to give a crap about, I will go back to Yucaipa CW and try them again. I told the manager or owner - whoever he is and he looked in the car and said it's my fault because I didn't remove my things, the things he is referring to are the things I just put back in my car when I got back in. I give one star, because you can't leave zero. Been patronizing this business since they opened. Today, my wife took our Subaru in, the supervisor charged an extra $2 since it's an SUV. The actual business owner only charges $1 additional dollar. I saw the owner and asked him why he charges +$1 and his supervisor charges +$2 in addition to the posted wash price. The owner got in her face saying prices have gone up and "if she didn't like it she could go somewhere else." Wasn't even her question and she wasn't complaining. Just wanted to know why the owner charges +$1 and his supervisor charges +$2 and he was a real d-ck to her. Real brave guy giving a tiny 5'2" woman crap for asking a simple question.
