They were friendly, quick, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. Even with how dirty my car was, they handled it without any issues and made sure it came out looking clean and refreshed again. The wash quality was solid, and they paid good attention to detail considering how much dust and buildup there was from the trip. It made a big difference having it properly cleaned instead of just a quick rinse. One thing that really stood out was how convenient the vacuum area was. It made it super easy to finish up the inside of the car myself right after the wash, especially after a road trio. Having everything on-site and accessible made the whole experience smooth and efficient. Overall, solid spot with great service and quality results. I do not know why I didn't come through this car wash sooner. I have been going to another one nearby. This one is far better than anyone in the area. I like how they went old school and used cloth wash material instead of rubber. My car came out cleaner than it has at other car washes. I think Care Express is the best car wash in the area! The staff are always very friendly and they use actual cloth washing which I think is better than the rubber ones used by the others. The vacuums and air nozzles are powerful and leave your car clean. Additionally, they have the products to clean your windows and tires, etc available for free!! For me, this is the only place to get your car cleaned!! read more

this is your best car wash in yucaipa/calimesa. i live closer to the similar car wash on yucaipa blvd, but i drive here because it's a better wash with better amenities including towels and cleaners for remembers the other one does not provide. veronica is also very friendly. I've met the manager, Chuck who is also a very pleasant fella. they also play music in the vacuum area, the other does not. it's also cleaner. one more thing: you don't have to navigate through a stop light or weave around cars coming into the car wash. this place is in so many ways better. i can highly recommend. read more

When I pulled up, there was a young female employee that came out and assisted me. She was very friendly and continuously smiling, which was great to see. As I was running through the car wash with my truck, I realize that it's not the average rubber washer arms, scrubbers, would have you. They were cloth!!!!. Which makes a big difference for me because there aren't any in my area except this one. I drove it out of the car wash , dried it and vacuumed it. I was very satisfied. The price is reasonable for what you're getting as a matter fact it's a dollar less and than everyone else and they don't use cloth scrubber, which is number one on my list in which I will be returning in the future. With all my cars, I take them to the local car wash, but I will be bringing them here from now on because I enjoy their customer service and their car washes. Our car came out with chips all across the windsheild and the rubber molding ripped off and they are refusing to make it right. I have used this car wash since it opened and never any issues I buy the membership every summer. We are having to replace the windshield at a price tag of $1600. Our deductible is $500 and they won't even agree to cover that. I also see that I am not the only reviewer whose vehicle has received damage. read more

First time I went I paid for a month of unlimited using my ATM card. Then they charged my bank account for a second month without asking. So I just did the 2nd month, to make it easier, told them to stop taking $ from my bank account. I figured I'd just pay for one as needed. Third month she offers me a free wash within 2 weeks for $20 for both days. Also states that its transferable and I could give a free car wash to someone else. Well I went back today to claim my 2nd wash, 13 days later, and she claims its only a coupon and its going to cost me another $10. So now I've paid $30 when unlimited was $26.99. She flat out lied to me, so they have lost my business permanently. Otherwise, the wash is ok, but I have several other choices. I don't like being scammed. Just beware if you get 1 month unlimited they will continue to charge you without your approval. And don't believe her if she says its a buy 1 get 1 free deal, its not. read more

Veronica was working hard, handing out dash wipes (which was the first time that I didn't need to ask for one) and emptying the vacuum trash, there is another Hispanic female worker how has been very helpful and understanding, Jacob, the "manager" however continues to park his personal vehicle in the "member spot" where the detailing cart is placed, I have talked to the employees about this and it has to do with cars being seen from the road to show that the business is open, but to me it shows laziness and no regard for the members who pay a premium to keep the business running, no regard. read more

First time here was a great experience. Car was clean and they have a spinning drying towel at the end of the car wash. And, their vacuums were the best and strongest I've ever used at a self serve car wash. The only thing missing are courtesy towels but I always keep one in my car just in case. Recently came across this car wash with new bells and whistles. I'm no expert, but their last machine that dries your car must use the softest cloth in the world and it's so quiet! I first noticed a similar machine in Nebraska and have been unable to find it since moving to California. Warning, the license plate reader does not work properly. I have had this membership for six months and was recently harassed by a young man who denied my car wash because he said he could not find my membership. The older gentleman would always find my membership and let me through. Ultimately I had to cancel my membership and go with Quick Quack where I am never denied a car wash. read more

My wife and I got her car washed there this weekend. This car wash building and all of the technology is brand new! The service selection tool was clear and easily understandable. It was fun to see the colorful liquids fall onto our windshield. I appreciated that there was a small vending machine for additional car cleaning items I may make use of.
