She was also a great support both when I was breastfeeding and when I switched to formula later on. I also love that she takes a more natural approach to medicine. Our daughter has only been sick twice but both times she helped us choose vitamins and probiotics that helped strengthen her versus resorting to the typical store medicines. We love that! I had been going through 6 years of er visits, urgent care, specialists and former primary care for 9 years for horrible stomach issues but mainly the upper right quadrant pain. When everyone else kept turning me away and treating me as a hypochondriac, dr. Tsai did not...he did anything and everything and even more than I ever could have imagined. Two months ago, things got so severe I was praying to wake up and be with my family for another day...I've never felt so close to death. Immediately got me into urgent screening (even though their wait was two weeks) and a day later called the top surgeon and got me in...tests showed really nothing too bad but it was the exact opposite once they opened me up...one of the worst they have seen and have no idea how it's gone undetected for 6 years even just two days prior to my surgery. When you see him, he addresses everything even if you're there for one issue and he sees an issue like a cold, he won't let you go until he has checked everything to make sure you are leaving the office 100% Ontop of that, he has been so thoughtful as to check in with me every step of the way since I've been his patient to make sure I am okay. The patients are his #1 priority and care. I will stay with him for life! I could go on and on for a 10 page letter for him and how over the top wonderful this man is! I also have seen barb on multiple occasions and, wow oh wow..what a personality and sympathy she has for her patients..my husband is her patient and it's so nice to have both doctors working with each other for our family. she is always making sure everything is going good, no matter what the situation. Keeping in touch with me about his care and vise versa Ontop of that the One Medical staff members have always been there to answer calls for questions, concerns paperwork and they are always on top of it and they really get to know you personally. It's nice to walk in and get greeted by my name and to see such lovely bright faces so happy to see me. We can not wait for them to open their pediatric rooms next year...the second they do, our son will be a patient for life as well. One medical staff, dr. Tsai, and barb you guys really have touched our hearts in so many ways it's like family. If you want care, that really cares, and goes above and beyond for you in anyway possible with always feeling like you are loved as a patient please please please come here and switch your medical group. My…read moreDaughter was suffering from excessive spit, frustrating nursing sessions, difficulty with bottles, difficulty with pacifiers, in the 20th percentile for weight, throwing up at every meal, on medication for acid reflux since she was 2 months old and many many other issues. I had mastitis unfortunately and did not know all of this was related to tongue tie. With the help from a slew of professionals (Jacquline Kincer at Holistic Lactation) & ( Dr. Trobetta at Gentle Touch Chiropractic) we set up an amazing team for my daughter to have on her side. My daughter is 5 months old and was not rolling over due to her stiffness stemming from her mouth. She was on medication for "acid reflux" as prescribed by her pediatric doctor. After having body work at Gentle Touch Chiropractic and then having Dr. Bower Release my daughters ties she began to roll over and her "Acid Reflux" disappeared. We have no spit up, no throwing up of meals, no more medication and a happy baby. She is able to stick her tongue out of her mouth. I believed something was not right with my daughter and her pediatric Dr. told me any ties released would "naturally" release when she hits her face as a toddler. This outdated and terrible response to a concerned mother bothered me and Dr. Bower assured me that to prevent further issues releasing her ties would help her developmentally and wow was she right. My daughter finally fits into her clothes in her age group she isnt months behind anymore. Dr. Bower was professional and very calm when she took my daughter. She was swaddled and had homeopathic remedies that helped before and after the tie. She also showed me the stretches before the tie release and let me record her doing it so I would not forget. Everything about her was calming and inviting. She reached out to me numerous times after the procedure to make sure my daughter was progressing properly and asked for updates. I never felt alone or as if it was done and I would never see the Dr. again or have any random questions answered. I was always listened to and felt complete trust in her practice. I would recommend her over and over again to any mother struggling with their child. Even if your child is older its not too late to help them. I am so thankful she is apart of my daughters army! A decision I will never regret making.
