They assured me they would "let her know I was waiting" but were never able to offer an idea of when the quote would come. It has now been almost a month. They have sent me so many spam e-mails asking me to leave a review that I've decided to oblige them. They might have great plumbers who do excellent work. I don't know. He came back on Tuesday with a permanent fix and we started talking about updating my HVAC system and hot water heater.
