My doctor told me to only get new contacts and I went on a Monday night. It was packed! Luckily for me, Claudia attended me graciously. She had a smile on her face and was very helpful. Told me they would call me in 7-10 days. That was five days ago. Yesterday I got a call that my contacts were ready. That was what... Four days later? Awesome! I just picked them up now! I'll probably be heading back after I get a prescription for color contacts. That's currently in the works with my doctor. Still, with this review, why not 5 stars? Simple - I was looking around for new glasses anyway (despite not needing to) and their selection is much more limited. Why you ask? They closed part of their shop and now they have a Starbucks! Yay for coffee, boo for limited selection! Oh well, that's life.

Everyone was extremely helpful, starting with Soren Morales, the manager, who made sure everything got taken care of as needed; quickly and efficiently. First, the exam, Dc Ginzburg was great. Professional, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. Then, buying the contacts. I got a year's worth of daily contacts, a big annual expense. I didn't think twice about it after getting a proper and detailed explanation of all my options and benefits by making the annual buy vs. a quarterly or bi annual one. Thank you Soren. I'll be back. It's a small practice run by a husband and wife with more than 30 years of experience, and I felt really comfortable with the doctor. I'm particular about my eyes, because I am pre-disposed to glaucoma due to some family conditions, so I always want to make sure I'm tested correctly to make sure my eye pressure is fine. I also mentioned that my eyes feel strained easily, and I don't often wear my glasses like I am supposed to when using my laptop (which is, every.single.day). Turns out the glasses I was using were a bit too heavy on the prescription and didn't have anti-glare. Carlos out front helped me pick my glasses and I opted for a Serafina pair which fit into my VSP credit even with the lenses! He was super helpful as I perused thru their options. Plus, when I went to go pay I noticed a $10 off credit when you check-in on Yelp. How cool is that? I went on a Wednesday, and my glasses were ready for pick up on a Tuesday. Super fast service both with the appointment and the glasses. There is easy parking in a back lot, and pay by phone options available should you prefer that.
