Disgusting purveyor of plastic packaging that will never be recycled--with a little bit of food in it.

This place isn't a place of healing or medicine at all, but rather a hormone pellet sales lot. I've been having gastrointestinal issues for year, and they convinced me they could help me. However, all they did was scam me. First off by having me get testing done through them, instead of letting my insurance pay for the testing, then all Dr. Hope wanted to do for my stomach was sell me high priced gastrointestinal products that I had already tried, as well as to put me on a bunch of testosterone. She had absolutely no intention of helping me get to the root of my gastrointestinal problems at all. Her main goal is to sell you expensive hormone pellets. She takes pride in spending a whole hour with you but it isn't to help you, it's to try to sell you expensive therapy you most likely don't need. She's a salesperson, not a doctor.

Then, of course, I gotta buy some stuff whenever I'm already here! One of the best deals at Whole Foods is miso paste. Everywhere else, including TJs is a smaller container and higher price. Here it's a large 1 lb deli tub for a few bucks. They used to have a great wine that was a larger wine bottle for a great deal called Mercado, but I haven't seen it there anymore lately, so I hope it returns. There are a LOT of prepared foods available at this store in the bakery/deli area, if that's your jam. I always cook stuff at home myself but I know not everyone enjoys the cooking like I do! If you're looking for special baked treats, come check out their options. They still have the old fashioned salad bar and a hot meal bar, too. And even a little cafe area that you can sit and eat or sip at. Oh, and a few seats that are available outside, as well. Anyway, if you need a few quick items, or to grab a bite, it's a handy little store to have in the neighborhood!

The store also looks clean and well set up from photos, and reviews mention knowledgeable staff, which is always a good sign. The staff is always attentive at any location I visit and extremely knowledgeable. The price point is on par with purchasing from the brands direct. supplement Giant does a great job marketing by keeping us engaged but not using unrealistic fitness models regurgitating buzz words and pseudo-science. They have actual athletes and local legends to speak to their repertoire of rocket fuels. They don't try to stack cheap shirts and branded things and instead have a tasteful curated select few items allowing us to show our support, which shows me they have integrity and believe in their products. I am anaphylactic allergic to milk and unfortunately allergic to wheat. Those allergies make it difficult to navigate supplements, and I still find options there. At this location Jacob has been exceptionally welcoming and informative in regards to things he can procure if needed, as well as turning me on to products I wasn't aware existed. I do estate gardening/landscaping and am an endurance athlete so, it goes without saying eating can be a full time job, I need supplements to help buy me time between meals and for recovery. I'm so glad to live close to a Supplement Giant again. Thank you so much for your commitment to efficacy and integrity as a business. Thank you for hiring people who seem motivated to help. If I had one wish, it would be for a vegan protein that is strawberry flavored. But, please not pea protein. If you were Santa, I'd ask for a soy-based strawberry vegan protein or a blend. However, I understand supply and demand so, it is what it is. ‍

A month ago, saw Christina taking out a whole pizza, while looking at the food bar. I asked if it…read morewas ok if I got the entire pizza. She obliged. Something was off. Why does it seem like I am doing a disservice? A week later, back for lunch. This time I'm thinking, let me get that two for $25 deal as advertised on the sign. No one is in the pizza section. Lunch break. I speak with an employee (Julian). Julian is awesome! He points me to another employee in the food department. I speak with a man behind the food counter that I would like to get the 2 for $25 deal. The employee says sure thing, I can make those for you. And we can do 4 toppings on one and cheese with the other or 3 and 1 with the toppings as well. I said ok. Pepperoni on one and ham, pineapple, and jalapeño on the other. I wait 10-15 minutes for them. I come back and the pizzas are ready to go. At the self check out register, I see that the total is $35 dollars. I'm a little confused and the attendant asks if I would like to speak with a manager. I don't remember her name, curly hair with glasses I believe. The manager says, this deal is for Amazon members on Friday. She checked with the man who helped me as well. She made me think that I messed up here and she was going to help me out. She edited the price to $25 and said it was ok this time. I don't think she knew the deal. And I think the 2 for $25 is everyday. And that the Amazon deal is the $15 Pepperoni pizza for $12 on Friday with Amazon Prime Members. One week ago, I try for my third attempt. This was my first time calling in advance. I speak with a blonde haired male on the phone. I order one cheese pizza and am curious what the price is going to be upon pickup. The male sees me when I come in and says John before I said a word. Great service. Good awareness. I get the pizza and it was $12. I took pictures of the two signs. I see Julian on the way out and have a discussion about the signage and prices. A petite manger with straight hair joined us. I was right about the signage. Confirmed. Good to know moving forward. These two employees were awesome. The cheese pizza was fresh and delicious. The manger on my second visit did not do me any favors, she was just doing her job. Maybe the guy spoke out of pocket with the 3 and 1 for toppings. That still should have been on them. Tonight was my 4th visit. I called in advance at 7:45pm. Enough time before 8pm when that department closes. Late enough to not bother during the earlier rush. I'm trying to perfect this process. I attempt to order the two for $25 deal with a male that answers the phone. (04/23/2026). The male says they only have one dough left to make a pizza. Disappointed, I say ok, let's get a pepperoni with a little extra cheese on it. I went to pick it up and saw that it was in the window. I saw 3 - 4 pizzas sitting in the window. The price on the pizza was $17. I think, we are so close to $25, let's just get one of these pizzas that has been sitting in the window as my second pizza. Heck, I'll even take the cheese. My plan was to share these pizzas with my team at work. I find Christina at the back near the soups. Ask if I can speak with her. I ask if I can get one of these pizzas that's out, for my second pizza. She can mix and match any of the slices that are out. She informs that it is her job to have a certain amount of slices out for customers. I spoke with Manager Parks. I felt heard & understood. I felt like coming back. Parks offered a gift card and I was hesitant to receive it. This was mostly about principle. I stated that I would accept the gift card and leave a 5 star review. Christina said it is best to call at 7:30pm. You do have the ability to have them cut the pizza into 12 slices versus the stand large six slices. The price will say $34 on the box when you pick it up. The price will go down to $25 with tax at checkout.
