The best steak with their beautiful herbs they did a table side aromatic from rosemary which was delightful

It was one of the best dining experiences of my life. Ideally go with more than one person and do the tastings with wine paring. The vibe is perfect, clean flow with servers and chefs who care about every detail. I was jealous that the couple next to me could do the other duo options. This might have been my favorite experience in Barcelona overall. I will continue to go there for the years to come. Thank you to all the clever humans. My pallet was thrilled, my inner child danced through the entire experience.

I visited this restaurant back in 2019 on my first trip to Spain and I knew I had to take my girlfriend here on her first trip to Spain, and it ended up being our last dinner on our last night of the trip. We walked in, and they asked if we had a reservation, we didn't, but they were able to seat us right away. We had gone to a couple of other spots to eat first, this was our third dinner of the night, so we ordered just a few things, and they were all done so well! What we learned is that their menu changes seasonally, but the two things that stay on the menu is their black angus steak and steak tartare. The steak, while not a huge portion, was just as tasty as I remembered it. Smokey and that chimchurri was so good that I wished we ordered more than one. The steak tartare was absolutely delightful. It's on the menu as a taco, but instead of a tortilla they use a leaf that's a cross between basil and mint, and it worked perfectly together. For the third item, we got their patatas bravas 'surprise', which we thought was just your run of the mill potatoes, but the server was like it's totally not and challenged us to guess what it was. Turns out it was made out of chickpeas and was honestly better than potatoes. One of the most surprising dishes we eat that had on the trip and would definitely order again. The restaurant is on the pricier side but given the area and the food quality, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again!

A great name for some seriously amazing food! We were told how to order from the menu (either pre fix or a la carte) and decided to order a bunch of a la carte items to share. There is also a 2 hour limit for the table as well. Since it was 7:30pm the restaurant was mostly empty since it's considered early for dinner. We got drinks first and I had a delightful cocktails (I forgot the name but it was amazing). Then we got some steak, rice with chicken, a variation of potato bravas, artichoke dish, octopus and a Spanish omelette with truffles. All the dishes were beautiful and full of flavor! The standout dishes were the rice, the omelette and the octopus. So so good. This is a completely gluten free restaurant which is really cool! So happy we went here for dinner :)

One of our favorite places in Barcelona. Food here is absolutely top notch. This trip we had a steak that was seared in front of us and some lamb croquettes. Everything was delicious. Busy place. We made last minute reservations and were able to sit at the bar.

Amazing place and fantastic dining experiences. Fixed price menu delivered over a 2 hour meal with 8 courses. Be adventurous and try each dish. Great staff and decent prices. Don't come if you are expecting the usual. This is much more than usual

Every bite was delicious! AMAZING! We went with the price fix menu. Each dish was perfectly balanced. Great service. Allow at least two hours for the meal.

This is a late review from my time in Spain, but I felt the need to review it because it was spectacular. It was located super close to one of Gaudi's apartments so we visited there first and it was great! We opted for the tasting menu because why wouldn't you want to try everything! We are so glad we did. One of the highlights that my husband wasn't too thrilled about was the steak tartare. I made him try it even though he's not a fan, but to his surprised it was his favorite thing he had on the menu! I can compare it to something similar to a cheese burger and it was amazing! Our server was very nice and really helpful. We liked where we were seated because we were able to have a conversation and hear one another. Love the space and loved the food. Highly recommend if you are ever in Barcelona!

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was very cool. I wound Day that if you have kids or picky eaters in your group, this isn't the right spot. The ossobucco croquettes are amazing.

This is a really good restaurant, taste wise, price wise and location wise. We came here for lunch without a reservation but the bar counter seats were empty and we were the only ones there. The seats were quite comfortable and the table height was perfect. We tried pork, burrata cheese, fish, beef and dessert, and they were all so good. Please look at the photos and you will see what I mean. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was pretty great. It's a tucked away spot with a rich, low-lit ambience. Besides getting a little busy and needing to raise my hand for attention, the service was good - the waiters were kind. I enjoyed the backstory - I think it adds color to the overall experience, and it's pretty much exactly what anyone who's worked in the service industry would expect. I appreciated very much the ingenuity of the combination of ingredients. I had the Pachamama cocktail - excellent and exactly what I was looking for and more. Sweet, tart, and a subtle finish with chili flavor. I LOVE passion fruit. The pan y tomates confitados, ostra a la brasa con escabetx de gallina, burrata (bufalo) con pesto de algas y tomate confitado, y onglet de black angus a la brasa and each brought a unique and interesting taste and experience. I finished with the tarts caprese con chocolate caliente y naranja and a dessert wine. It was a fun way to treat myself on my solo week trip in Barcelona - thank you very much to the staff and kitchen

Be aware: Do NOT waste your money at this restaurant if you are Asians!!!…read more We dined at Disfrutar with high expectations given its 3 Michelin stars, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We were the second party to check in yesterday. However, when several hosts came out, they escorted multiple European groups who arrived after us into the restaurant first, while leaving our party waiting. As an Asian family visiting from the United States, this made us feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about whether we were being treated differently. The situation became even more concerning during the meal. My daughter was holding a glass of orange juice when the glass suddenly broke in her hand and cut her left thumb. A staff member came to clean the table and clearly saw her bleeding finger, yet there was no apology, no concern, and not even a simple "Are you okay?" This lack of basic care and empathy was shocking. At a Michelin 3-star level, service should be attentive, respectful, and consistent for every guest. Unfortunately, our experience made us feel overlooked and unwelcome. At this level, service is not optional--it is a fundamental part of the experience. Being made to feel overlooked and unwelcome, combined with the lack of care in a situation involving a child's injury, made this an experience we cannot recommend. To be fair, the cuisine itself was exceptional--creativity, presentation, wine quality, and overall execution were all at a very high level (close to 10/10). The taste was strong (around 8/10). However, the customer service was extremely poor (1/10), and unfortunately, that overshadowed the entire experience. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reflects on how all guests are treated. There are many choices when it comes to fine dining, and service matters just as much as the food.

In his namesake restaurant in Barcelona, he creates an authentic Catalonia-inspired menu using only certified local ingredients that are sustainable, organic, and ethically sourced wherever possible. Sergi de Meia's commitment to not only outstanding cuisine, but also to the environment and the community is impressive. A friend and I enjoyed an outstanding dinner at Sergi de Meia. The staff was wonderful, providing impeccable and attentive service that goes above and beyond the standard of hospitality. I thought the restaurant design was beautiful, and while the space is narrow and deep, the décor is light and contemporary, which makes for a great atmosphere. We share similar tastes, so my friend and I each ate the same dishes. We started with a taste of cauliflower cream, with pea shoots and crushed nuts. The cream was smooth and the nuts added a crunchy texture. The local asparagus with sheep's cheese cream and herbs was fresh and earthy, the vegetable tender and not tough, while the cream was salty and seasoned with the right mix of herbs. We also tried eggs and potato riojana style, and the flavors really gave a sense of the famous region of Spain. During the main course, we enjoyed fresh fish from the local market, with fresh green peas, chanterelle and saffron, which added a beautiful dose of color. We also loved the dish of local sheep, pumpkin, egg and cheese, as the texture provided an outstanding mouthfeel and is the epitome of local comfort food. For dessert, the server recommended the specialty chickpea fritters with cream, which use the traditional Catalonian chickpea flour. They were sweet and dense, a perfect way to end the delicious meal.

It is such a rare dinning experience. We had a prefix menu with some options to select from. The timing was great, not fast giving you time to enjoy every bite. The food was hot which was important since it was such delicate dishes. So much flavor, we tried food outside our comfort zone and loved it. Chef Sergi really nails the pairings in food selection. I do not believe you can get a better meal than here in all of Barcelona. We only wish he had a restaurant in Los Angeles, California.

We started with three tapas: Pierogi Therapy (Pierogi ruskie) that were just a tad overcooked; Arenque del Báltico (Śledzik), a cold dish featuring many wonderful seafood flavors; and Say Cheese (Oscypek), lightly grilled goat cheese with red berry jam - kind of a dessert tapa, perfect before the main event. Deelish! Although there is a nice variety in their menu, the four of us selected the same two main courses: El Buen Rollo (Gołąbek), a large cabbage roll stuffed with nicely seasoned ground beef and rice, covered with a somewhat sweet tomato sauce. Each order came with two rolls. Each one was more than enough for one meal! Kopernik Was Right (Kiełbasa) was spicy and came in a bed of sauerkraut, on top of mashed potatoes. Pure comfort food! We finished off with a slab of their Polish-style cheesecake - and yes, one slab was enough for the four of us. Even the coffee was perfect! (You can always tell when a restaurant doesn't keep their coffee makers clean - this place clearly does.) Finally, a "chupito" of Polish vodka, nice and dry. I can't wait to go back again and try other items on their menu!
