I've been coming here for the past couple months and was a great place to "go" when it was cold outside and didn't have to think about what "to do" with my one year old everyday. The downside is that their only membership option is an "unlimited" one for $140ish a month - which is great if you can go a few times per week but not necessarily for going 1x a week (like on a Saturday) bc then you feel like you have to go. Would have liked to have seen another membership option like a punch card or something similar so that you can go when you can make it. The only other option I was given was "drop in" for $50 per visit. Otherwise, my son had a great time here and glad we found out about this place.

This review is long overdue. We signed up in the beginning of summer and have absolutely loved our experience. My toddler is high energy, and he almost always passes out after class. I'm so bummed we had to cancel our membership due to conflicting schedules. We will definitely miss going every week. I can't recommend this place enough, definitely worth checking out!

Ask the Community - My Gym

Do you have to pay a monthly fee or do you allow walk ins?

We offer 4 week enrollments to really give children time to adjust and get to know our teachers and program! We love seeing the same kids weekly as it helps with their comfort and development! Our curriculum changes weekly so there is always…

I have an 8 month old and I'm looking for play groups to start socializing her - does this organization offer infant playtime, or is it more suited for toddlers?

    Is there a ball pit?

    Yes! It's super fun!

Can I take a break from recurring classes, and resume at a later time? Will I lose my lifetime membership benefits?

You can freeze your account for 4 weeks (so you don't lose your spot in class and you aren't charged) and the lifetime membership is awesome because you can cancel and re-enroll anytime with no re-enrollment fee!

I have left 6 voicemails for the owner to call me. Does he ever call anyone back?

The best way to contact the OWNER is via email! Sancarlos@mygym.com his name is Bob and he's really good about responding quickly. You can also now text the business if you want quicker responses. Which has been really handy

Equipment: If stuff isn't broken or bent, it just isn't there. I've seen gyms with half the space have more kilos and power bars available. Not to mention they have an entire area dedicated to machines that look like they only get used when the cleaners dust them off. I heard the owners have been promising more stuff, but nothing's come except a small ah set of plates. Facilities: Bathroom was straight up vile with a busted toilet seat. Floors are legit slimy, and I saw maybe two people tops wipe off their equipment. I asked some of the other members if the gym ever brings in a maintenance crew to clean the place down, but they told me the cleaning is done by like a family and kids LMAO Management: Day-to-day is run by this dude named Jostin (Justin?), but outside of my first visit I barely saw the man. Bro is either not at the gym or locked up in the back office. Only time I remember seeing him was when his doordash arrived. The other owners are barely in too, and I heard the main dude isn't even in state anymore??? Cost: Game time. Based on what I've said, guess how much they ask for a month. Two-fn-hundred without a contract, 150 for a 6 month. Place thinks is premium-premium but is giving vibes that make 24 look like Equinox. The members must love burning cash because they could do so much better for much less

He got me excited to sign up for the free 30 minute consultation that I booked it within the same week. He then connected me with one of his trainers (Manny) who provided me with a walk-through of the gym layout and general overview of a training session. Without any hesitation, I went ALL IN and signed up for the 4x/week package and 7 months later I can honestly say that I am healthier and stronger than I have been in years. I am also super lucky to have the best top-notch trainers (Manny, Lauren, and Brenden) constantly motivating and helping me every step of the way in designing challenging but enjoyable workout sessions so that I can achieve my personalized fitness goals. However, I can't give more than two stars unless management seriously improves equipment maintenance. Several machines have had "Out of Service" stickers on them for at least six months, with no visible progress on repairs. In some cases there are only one or two of those machines in the entire gym, so when one is broken for months, it becomes very inconvenient for members who rely on that equipment. On top of that, some of the existing equipment is clearly aging (frayed cables, worn components, etc.). What makes this more frustrating is that the gym offers a premium membership tier that includes access to the hydro/water massage bed, but that has also been out of service for a long time. Even more concerning, the water fountain and bathroom have both been out of service multiple times. That's a basic facility issue. Members need access to drinking water and restrooms during workouts. Meanwhile, the gym sells bottled water at the counter, which feels especially frustrating when the fountain isn't working. On a few occasions they even had to bring in a porta-potty outside the gym, which says a lot about the state of the building facility. Again, I genuinely want to rate this gym higher because the staff and community are great. If management commits to properly repairing and maintaining the equipment and facilities, I would absolutely be happy to update this review and increase the rating.

During a recent incident, a white woman with red hair wearing a long dress entered the women's locker room and was reportedly startled to encounter a man inside. Whatever one's views on locker room policies, it was clear that she was upset and seeking reassurance regarding her safety and privacy concerns. Rather than the situation being calmly addressed, it reportedly escalated. A Hispanic man covered in tattoos allegedly confronted the woman and told her to "suck his cock." The exchange became heated, front-desk staff appeared unable to effectively restore order or provide the woman with a sense of security, and the situation ultimately escalated to the point that police were called. What concerned me most was not simply the disagreement itself, but the apparent inability of staff to de-escalate the conflict and ensure that a member who felt frightened or vulnerable was supported. Regardless of anyone's position on policy issues, no customer should leave a gym feeling threatened, intimidated, or abandoned during a dispute. I would strongly encourage Planet Fitness corporate leadership to review this incident, reach out to the woman involved, and evaluate whether additional staff training, security procedures, and member-support protocols are needed. Members should have confidence that safety concerns will be taken seriously and handled professionally. I would also encourage Planet Fitness to consider offering at least some women-only facilities, women-only workout areas, or designated women-only locations among its many gyms. Providing additional options could help accommodate members with differing comfort levels and reduce the likelihood of similar conflicts in the future. I am posting this publicly because I could not locate a working email address or clear reporting channel to bring these concerns directly to company leadership. I hope Planet Fitness will provide more accessible ways for members and community members to report serious safety concerns and receive a meaningful response.
