He really takes the time to teach proper technique, build good habits, and push the kids in a positive way. Isaac doesn't just teach lifts--he teaches work ethic, accountability, and how to trust the process. Watching my son compete in his first powerlifting meet and feel prepared and confident meant everything, and a lot of that comes from the environment and support he's had with Isaac. You can tell Isaac truly cares about the athletes and wants to see them succeed, both in and out of the gym. So grateful we found this place. I have a few physical challenges (shoulder, heel, back) and Coach Zak always has an effective modification and/or accommodation of a typical exercise that would otherwise be ineffective, or possibly harmful, for me to do. Coach Zak is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and studied Exercise Science in graduate school at FAU. The class was the perfect intensity for me as a newbie and anything that was too challenging could be modified to accommodate me. If you are more advanced or in better shape you could easily tailor the circuit and add more weight or do more challenging variations as needed. Coach Kelsey gave me a bunch of tips and feedback as I was working in order to make sure my form was sufficient and made sure the weights and variations were appropriate for my skill level. As an introvert I felt extremely comfortable and got one of the best workouts of my life! I am always greeted by Alaura who seems to live there and is upbeat, helpful and always cleaning or something. Then there's Claudia another gem. The others are all friendly too, but I have the mist interaction with Alaura. The gym itself is well maintained, clean and has red light therapy machines, saunas, massage chairs, classes and they are starting up line dancing according to their sign! The locker room is clean, huge and ohI forgot they have tanning beds too (if you like to tan). I LOVE this gym! That's all I can say! I had to add CK is awesome too. I am sure everyone is, but these 3 I talk to most and know by name.

I was delighted when my aunt took me to this great gym in our own little Rockledge to do just that. The equipment is brand-spanking new and state of the art, and there is a huge variety of machines to choose from. There are also something like 8 treadmills, 6 bikes, 3 elliptical and a partridge and a pear ... oh, I meant and super clean showers! The demographics of the other gym goers were very reflective of the area. One morning I was there about 8:30, and the place was a little like a senior day club. It was great for me because I really didn't have to change the weights in any of the machines :) And it was really cute - "Hi Bernie!" "Morning Stella!" Clearly, this is a popular 60+ hang out in the morning. Another day I was there about 4:30, and the gym was overcome by meat head-athlete types from the local high school. Scary stuff. Go in the morning to avoid testosterone overload. And finally - there are no lockers. There are cubbies! No joke. This is how tiny little Rockledge is. You put your purse, your phone, your ipod, whatever, in a cubby! And no one heists your stuff. And the owner remembered my name the second time I came in. I went to Pipeworks for over a year and I'm certain no one that works there ever addressed me, let alone to say "Morning, Amber!" Amazing.
