We had such a wonderful experience at My Gym in West Babylon with my two-year-old! The gym allowed a free session to try out the gym, and my son loved it! The staff is so warm, patient, and energetic, and they really know how to keep little ones engaged. The space is bright, clean, and full of fun equipment that encourages kids to move, climb, and explore in a safe way. I loved watching my child gain confidence while having so much fun. He really especially loved the airplane swing! It's clear the instructors truly care about the kids and make the class both structured and playful. My toddler didn't want to leave! My daughter loves coming here for gymnastics. The teachers are awesome and the place is very clean. She also comes here for some of their camp sessions which are themed. During the camp sessions, they do a craft as well and they have a break for a snack, which you provide. the They also lock the door so no child can leave and nobody can enter which makes me happy because I was concerned about safety. I had a birthday party here for my daughter this past last summer. my daughter & all of her family/friends all had a great time. she really loved dancing around, playing on everything, climbing up the wall, catching bubbles, hitting the piñata, eating her pizza & cake, her special entrance on her very own little pink horse, goodie bags, singing & circle time. all of our guests loved the cake. the pizza & drinks were more than enough for everyone to enjoy. the two women that were there were so nice & so good with keeping all of the kids very safe & happy too. you can never ever go wrong with having a birthday party here for your child. you literally get everything all in one. all I did was just show up. stress free. they truly did it all down to the balloons, ordering the food, drinks, games, setting it all up, clean up, decorations. this was by far the best choice I made for having my daughter birthday party. read more

We have been going to MyGym since my oldest son was old enough to walk. My daughter has grown up at MyGym West Babylon. We loved Tommy, and his crew and never had a bad thing to say. Unfortunately, I find the new franchise owner, Even Greenberg, embodies the problem of putting profits over people. I cannot emphasize enough how little I would trust this company with my credit card information. When COVID hit Long Island, MyGym closed abruptly, as was expected. They remained fully closed until July, but they did not automatically freeze accounts as you would expect. When they reopened, they had limited access and online classes but DID NOT notify members that they would automatically begin billing again, unless you expressly told them to cancel. When I called to dispute the charges dating back to March, Mr. Greenberg was terse and rude, resorting to talking over me rather than listening to me. In his opinion, the fault was mine and not his - period. When I offered the fact that the building was physically closed from March to July, therefore, nobody should've been charged, he replied that "I should have told him sooner." Why would it be MY responsibility to initiate communication regarding my bill? If your company is not going to freeze accounts automatically during a nationwide shutdown, it should be that company's responsibility to inform its clients. I have received ZERO emails and ZERO bills from MyGym. They are practicing deceptive billing practices. BEWARE. read more

I have attended classes here in the past (maybe 5 years ago) and felt this was a great place. Had nothing negative to say, just that this was a well rounded experience for the kiddos. Recently I returned for a birthday party for my friends young son and it was a completely different experience. From the aloof and unenthusiastic staff, to the place looking very worn in from the last time I was there. The topper was that the staff began vacuuming during my friends pizza and cake time at the end of the party. Not only that, but they turned the music off, and we were forced to try to have conversation over the loud vacuums. My friends party did not run over time. I dont understand why they couldn't have waited to vacuum! It was a clear. "Get out!" Signal from the staff to us. (But we did not go over time!! This was during the party!) Cue the music... "Hi, hi, how you do, welcome to my gym! We're here for fun and some games, now it's time to begin!" This is a great gym to bring the littles. I started bringing my son here back in September and have been very happy. He loves to climb and explore the space and enjoys class with friends his age (just over a year). They rearrange the gym/structures every week to keep it fresh and exciting for young ones and every week in class they feature a different special activity (ie. swing zipline). What I love also is that Tommy (the owner) allows for unlimited free plays if you are enrolled in a class which is GREAT. Especially now that winter is upon us and it might be too cold/rainy/snowy to go to the playground - we will come here instead. I have met many nice parents here as well and love watching little man learn and grow here - he has slowly gained confidence and likes to try new things. His favorite is the ball pit, but, who doesn't love a good ball pit? Definitely check out My Gym if you're in the area. It's great for crawlers - ages 5/6ish. If you're not a member the open play is $10 and your first class is always free! I celebrated my child's first birthday party here and they had games and activities for every age group that attended. They set up, helped us order food, served the refreshments and cake even though we had family help out- They did everything which made my life easier. The kids where crying because they didn't want to leave which I think meant they had fun. Overall I'm so happy I had my child's birthday here. read more

We just went for a trial class and had a great time. My son didn't want to leave! I love the swings they set up, the ball pit and the activity they had for the kids - they set up all sorts of balance beams and helped them tumble down a mat. I am considering becoming a member once my son is a bit older because I feel he could get a lot more out of it once he's over 2. read more

The gym is spotless and the instructors go over and beyond. The camps and classes are creative. The membership fees are reasonable and the staff is super friendly and responsive. read more

The girls who ran the party were great with the kids. They had fun stuff that is out of the norm from a typical gym party. I'd recommend anyone to have a party here. read more
