Pat had Alan look into my right ear with a camera and Alan showed me on a monitor a clearly perforated eardrum. I cannot thank Pat and Alan enough because the medical professionals that just looked into my ears with that useless tool in their office had told me my ears looked good while ignoring my symptoms. I am scheduled to see an ENT in a couple of months and my problem will likely require surgery. At some point in the future I will go see Pat again to determine if correction is warranted.
