We had a chat about my favorite LV bag that I had that day. I also can't wait to try their massage services. Overall, I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to finally check it out. I went in for laser hair removal, and during the treatment I ended up getting burned. I was taking face, underarms, full hands, Brazilian. I got burns arms upper portion & during Brazilian lower portion as well . After I reported the issue, the clinic acknowledged what happened and apologized. They clearly promised me a refund for the damage caused. However, since then, they have completely stopped responding to my calls and emails. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but there has been no response and no refund provided. This situation has caused me physical pain, emotional stress, and additional expenses because I now have to seek treatment elsewhere. I am very disappointed with how they handled this. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure you trust the provider before getting treatment here. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this matter.

She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

Before surgery, I felt supported by both her and her team, which made me feel confident going into the procedure. However, my experience on the day of surgery and throughout the post-op process was very different. I did not receive my post-op instructions before or after surgery. I asked the team for them after the procedure and was told they would be emailed to me, but they never were. My husband also asked after the surgery and they told him they would be emailed as well (they were not). I had to call afterward to request them again. Most of my post-op check-ins were not done by Dr. McCormack but instead by her nurse/PA, and unfortunately, I did not feel they were very helpful or knowledgeable. The guidance felt limited, and I often left feeling unsure and unsupported. When I shared my concerns with Dr. McCormack directly, she seemed dismissive and mentioned in my notes her nurse wrote that I did not follow post op instructions (maybe because I didn't receive them). She lacked empathy for my bad experience and did not offer any solutions for her team's lack of professionalism. Additionally, the front desk staff was not friendly or inviting, which added to the overall disappointing experience. Based on my full experience, I would not recommend getting a breast augmentation here. I've since shared my story with a few people and, unfortunately, learned that I was not the only one who had a terrible experience many of my acquaintances have as well.

They sent me home and said I should feel better in a few days. On Monday I went to see Dr. Jaffe because I still did not feel better. She sent me for another x-ray at St. Mary's Hosp. and they found that I had pneumonia in my left lobe. She immediately put me on antibiotics and I was better in one week. I would have died if I would have listened to the advice of Renown Hosp. She has cured me from many other problems, but this was the determining point when I knew that she is the most thorough doctor I had ever seen. SHE IS THE BEST!
