To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a doctor give out his cell phone number. Pretty cool. Because of my experience with Dr. Cimikoski, I have been happy to recommend him and his office and I will continue to do so. We contacted them through their site and didn't get a response for almost two weeks. Ended up going with them. It was rough in the beginning. I went into my labor feeling supported and prepared and I had an amazing experience with Katie right there with me. I loved being able to text or call her with any of my concerns, especially since I didn't have a partner or traditional support. She was calm and patient during my unmedicated labor and delivery (even when I was yelling at everyone in the delivery room). I was sent to Dr. Frogley by my regular (past) Chiropractor! My regular (past) Chiropractor said…read moremy spine was like a rubik's cube! As I have learned over the years, most Chiropractors adjust the spine to relieve present complaints. Such adjustments are helpful, but due to poor posture, accidents, and many other factors those adjustments will likely be very temporary. At Generational Spine and Health they actually CHANGE unhealthy curvature of the spine into healthy curvature for the long term, to prevent those complaints from reoccurring, as well as preventing future health complaints. I went to Generational Spine and Health with a history of spinal injuries and a boat load of health problems. Being a football lineman for several years, a youth boxer, rough off-roading enthusiast, in addition to a body surfing accident and several car accidents, all left my spine in pretty rough shape. In fact it was in very bad shape. When I first started seeing Dr. Frogley he made sure to educate me about spine health (as he does with all of his patients). After learning about good posture, normal spinal curves, and spinal function, I can still remember my horror when I saw my Xrays compared to xrays of a healthy spine. My low back had completely lost all healthy curvature, and the curve in my neck was curving the opposite direction of a healthy neck curve. If that were not bad enough my spine looked like a jagged staircase rather than the nice flowing curves of a healthy spine. I was terrified. I knew that many, if not all of the health problems I was experiencing were related to my spine. Being a hobbyist mechanic, I know that if the proper amount of power can't get to the components that need power, those components either stop working properly or they stop working altogether. It is the same with the body. The body IS electrical. The spine houses the electrical wiring. Dr. Frogley gave me hope when I was hopeless. He helped me to see that with positive changes to my daily posture habits, along with the right attitude and the right treatment, that I could again have a healthy spine. I have to admit that in the beginning I was skeptical. After a while they shot some new xrays and I could actually start to see changes. That gave me more courage and more hope to keep moving forward. Now, with my first xrays and my current xrays side by side you would NEVER guess that they were from the same person. My neck is now curving in the proper direction and my low back has the proper curvature as well. The staircase has disappeared and now appears to be a smooth healthy set of curves. Dr. Frogley and his staff care about their patients. You feel and see that, as they interact with you and other patients. Your health matters to them. Don't be offended if they don't throw you a pity party when you aren't feeling well. Instead they offer encouragement and the positive urging you need to keep moving forward toward good health. My health complaints are drastically fewer and so are my medical bills!!!. I have been living a happier healthier life since I started going to Generational Spine and Health! My wife saw my progress and started going to Generational Spine and Health as well as taking our children. My wife's initial xrays showed that she had very good spine curvature and really didn't need more than an occasional visit. Then she was involved in a rear end collision on I-15. From new xrays it was shocking to see the damage that the accident had caused to her neck. Her treatment was covered by the offending motorists insurance. In a short time Dr. Frogley and his staff had her spine looking and functioning just the way it had before the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Generational Spine and Health to family, friends, and complete strangers all of the time. Several of my extended family are now patients of Dr. Frogley. It is amazing to hear them tell of their positive experiences. Even my 99 year old Grandma made regular visits to Dr. Frogley! Well, I had orthopedic hand and arm surgery recently. With a doc located in West Valley. The sugery…read morewas not an easy one, as I had already had these surgeries previously and now I had severe scar tissue build up, so I had complications that resulted in the surgery taking nearly 5 hours instead of the planned 2. Needless to say, after a few weeks of recovery, it was time to go into therapy and begin to reuse the arm and hand. Well, after a visit to my doc, he gave me a referral to these guys to schedule physical therapy. I called and only received voice mail. I called and left another message. A week later, I still had not recieved a call back. So I called again. The lady who answered was rude, she talked over the top of me nonstop, would not let me get a word in edge wise and then had the nerve to tell me they were "worth the wait" She said the soonest they had was 6 or 7 PM a week away. I said that I could not wait that long. She had the nerve to say "well you can't just call in and expect to be seen immediately". My reply was you were called over a week ago, twice and don't return calls. Part of my issue for having to redo these surgeries and go through a very painful recovery was because of sever scar tissue build up. And part of the docs instructions were to get in to therapy and work on reducing the scar tissue on the new surgery asap. Now thew doc, nor the assistant will even pick up the line. Or return calls. Two weeks later, still no therapy. Avoid this place at all costs and I will be reviewing the doc on this as well. I don't feel like either one cares about the care or safety of thier patiens recovery!
