Again I had no idea what I was getting sold as this was my first time with hearing aids. I was told after some time if I wanted to change out for a different brand I could change. I asked to change but was urged by Ryan to keep what I had. After some time I said I wanted to change and was told it was too late. I was initially told I had a 3 year warranty and after told only one. After all I paid 3k for hearing aids and told I'd need to pay another 3k to get what I needed and told by Jay the owner that what I had was garbage and the would never have sold me them. House of Hearing is a joke! If you want to get treated right look elsewhere. I'd highly recommend Utah Medical hearing!

The hearing aids never worked well (when volume was appropriate feedback made it unacceptable). I returned repeatedly to the dealer over the past 22 months and try as she might (in 15 minute sessions) and she could never find a solution. After awhile I believe they thought I was a pain in the fanny but for thousands of dollars per ear I felt they should be able to dial them in. Ben was excellent. He asked all the right questions and worked tirelessly until he got them right. I can't say enough nice things about your company. My husband and I had an extremely positive experience at quintessence. We were very unsure about the whole process of my husband becoming registered for medical cannabis. However, Charli walked us through everything step by step. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly which made the process easy. I was sent to Dr. Frogley by my regular (past) Chiropractor! My regular (past) Chiropractor said…read moremy spine was like a rubik's cube! As I have learned over the years, most Chiropractors adjust the spine to relieve present complaints. Such adjustments are helpful, but due to poor posture, accidents, and many other factors those adjustments will likely be very temporary. At Generational Spine and Health they actually CHANGE unhealthy curvature of the spine into healthy curvature for the long term, to prevent those complaints from reoccurring, as well as preventing future health complaints. I went to Generational Spine and Health with a history of spinal injuries and a boat load of health problems. Being a football lineman for several years, a youth boxer, rough off-roading enthusiast, in addition to a body surfing accident and several car accidents, all left my spine in pretty rough shape. In fact it was in very bad shape. When I first started seeing Dr. Frogley he made sure to educate me about spine health (as he does with all of his patients). After learning about good posture, normal spinal curves, and spinal function, I can still remember my horror when I saw my Xrays compared to xrays of a healthy spine. My low back had completely lost all healthy curvature, and the curve in my neck was curving the opposite direction of a healthy neck curve. If that were not bad enough my spine looked like a jagged staircase rather than the nice flowing curves of a healthy spine. I was terrified. I knew that many, if not all of the health problems I was experiencing were related to my spine. Being a hobbyist mechanic, I know that if the proper amount of power can't get to the components that need power, those components either stop working properly or they stop working altogether. It is the same with the body. The body IS electrical. The spine houses the electrical wiring. Dr. Frogley gave me hope when I was hopeless. He helped me to see that with positive changes to my daily posture habits, along with the right attitude and the right treatment, that I could again have a healthy spine. I have to admit that in the beginning I was skeptical. After a while they shot some new xrays and I could actually start to see changes. That gave me more courage and more hope to keep moving forward. Now, with my first xrays and my current xrays side by side you would NEVER guess that they were from the same person. My neck is now curving in the proper direction and my low back has the proper curvature as well. The staircase has disappeared and now appears to be a smooth healthy set of curves. Dr. Frogley and his staff care about their patients. You feel and see that, as they interact with you and other patients. Your health matters to them. Don't be offended if they don't throw you a pity party when you aren't feeling well. Instead they offer encouragement and the positive urging you need to keep moving forward toward good health. My health complaints are drastically fewer and so are my medical bills!!!. I have been living a happier healthier life since I started going to Generational Spine and Health! My wife saw my progress and started going to Generational Spine and Health as well as taking our children. My wife's initial xrays showed that she had very good spine curvature and really didn't need more than an occasional visit. Then she was involved in a rear end collision on I-15. From new xrays it was shocking to see the damage that the accident had caused to her neck. Her treatment was covered by the offending motorists insurance. In a short time Dr. Frogley and his staff had her spine looking and functioning just the way it had before the accident. I HIGHLY recommend Generational Spine and Health to family, friends, and complete strangers all of the time. Several of my extended family are now patients of Dr. Frogley. To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. When I started I could barely put weight on my foot and I'm now back to doing all of my regular activities. I felt like my care was personalized to what I needed, not just generic exercises.
