There were no clients in the office or outside waiting to come in. The technician was alone and the receptionist was not busy either. All I wanted was a dome to install myself! After working with another company for a number of years who never got it right and treated her like it was her fault she was so hard of hearing, we finally found Holly's Hearing Aid Center in Concord, Ohio. A special shout out to Courtney Lange who displayed patience and grace toward my 84 year old mother as she cried about her difficulties. Courtney worked directly with the Starkey factory to make sure that mom got the system that she requires. I am so grateful to the entire staff at Holly's. Highly recommended!!
