I was desperate in 100 degree plus temperature and he came the next day, on schedule and on time. He diagnosed my load issues, made suggestions, installed a portable AC by hooking up the vent hose, cutting a hole in the side of the panel to exhaust the heat, and setting it up. He did this all in less than one hour and showed me the greatest consideration and kindness, once again renewing my faith in the goodness that there is in some human beings. I am 76, a single female without any family, friends, or help. Mr. Miller showed me the efficiency, competency, and kindness which humans owe one another as children of the same Father. He came when I needed him the most and he, like I, do not believe in coincidences. He had already dug out the old pole by himself and removed all the old boxes and had all the cord primed and ready for mount by the time we got back. Maybe it was 20 minutes? Then we went inside for a Pepsi and boom he was done. We go out there and he had hooked up a circuit breaker and even a 120 volt and the 50amp to 30amp all in weatherproof boxes and the most top quality wiring. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.
