I have no idea how this company has over a 5 star rating based on they could not even follow…read morethrough on a simple estimate. On Tuesday, I submitted a request for service. They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different. If they didn't want the job, then they should have told me. I wouldn't have wasted 2 days off and I wouldn't have written this bad review.

I found Mr. Miller using Google for a local electrician after I had waited for hours for a…read morescheduled appointment with another Ocala electrician who failed to show. I was desperate in 100 degree plus temperature and he came the next day, on schedule and on time. He diagnosed my load issues, made suggestions, installed a portable AC by hooking up the vent hose, cutting a hole in the side of the panel to exhaust the heat, and setting it up. He did this all in less than one hour and showed me the greatest consideration and kindness, once again renewing my faith in the goodness that there is in some human beings. I am 76, a single female without any family, friends, or help. Mr. Miller showed me the efficiency, competency, and kindness which humans owe one another as children of the same Father. He came when I needed him the most and he, like I, do not believe in coincidences. The Father sent me the help I needed, packaged in the "milk of human kindness" and decency which sustains all the living. I am very grateful for his help and his kindness will always be remembered. I am twice blessed; by him and by the Father who sent him to my rescue. If a heartfelt "thank you" is the only prayer you ever say, before the Father it is prayer enough!
