Hi my name is Chris, I just moved to the area a few months ago. I don't know much about the town and where places are since I moved from NYC. I decided to look up laundrymats in the area and came across this one. I went in and did my wash for the first time only to be greeted by one of the friendly attendants, I was not sure how to use the washers so she took time out from folding clothes and helped me. Last week I decided to try the wash and fold service which was only a $1.00 a lb which is great because in NYC its way more and the service is not great. Well when I got my clothes back they were folded very neatly and they were organized, they even hung up my button down and collard shirts, the wash also smelt amazing. The 2 girls that work there are really nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back there, oh and they also have a card for every time you do your wash and fold they punch the card and at the end you get $10 off.... Great system, great place, great staff and very clean. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at My laundry room as of this week. The service was unprofessional, and my laundry was mishandled. Several of my items were shrunk, and there were still stains that should have been removed. Despite bringing this issue to their attention, I received no apology or resolution. The excellent service staff from 6 months ago seem to have disappeared and everything seems to have fallen apart. Additionally, the new staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to address my concerns. The pricing was also higher than expected for the quality of service provided. Overall, I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone who values their clothes or expects decent customer service. It seems to have went from an astounding 11/10 customer service to a damn near 1/10 in terms of the place feeling alive and worth coming to. A real shame, but all good things must come to an end it seems. read more

I just want to give a shout out to the new owner of this laundromat . Finally there is the best, friendly, hard working, accommodating attendent this place has ever had. I have been using this business for several years and can say there has never been an attendent as likable as Kelly. So many others were so crabby and made me feel like they were doing me a favor accepting my wash. Kelly welcomes me with a smile and greeting always . I never thought I'd be this excited about doing laundry, but this place completely changed my mind. The machines are spotless, modern, and super efficient--my clothes have never come out cleaner. There's plenty of seating, free Wi-Fi, and even a charging station, which made the time fly by. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always around to answer questions or lend a hand if needed. Plus, they keep the place sparkling clean and well-organized. The best laundromat I've gone to for a wash&fold service and they can do same day delivery. My clothes came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and smelling fresh. Not overly perfumed, just genuinely clean. Going there as well to wash yourself is just as great, the new owner has customer service at another level, attention to detail in every aspect to the business and they are implementing more proactive maintenance measures for a better experience at My Laundry Room. 100% recommend! read more

I must say this place is the absolute best! I come all the way from palisade park to this place because of how clean it is and the service can not be beat. The staff is always so willing to help and you can tell they stay on top of keeping the place clean. I highly recommend this place to everyone if your looking for a great place to do wash!! Very clean experience! The washers and dryers were all clean and accessible to use. I came in with 6 or 7 loads of laundry and was able to finish in 3 hours. The staff was super helpful and nice! And there was in area that they had for me to set up my computer and work. I definitely recommend this establishment for washing services. read more

I just got back from this laundromat and I must say it's very clean!! When I walked in I could see it was clean and the girl was wearing a mask and cleaning all the machines.
