We called this place THREE times to enroll our puppy in classes. The first time, a man answered and…read moresaid he wasn't in the office and that he'd call me back in 10 minutes...he never called back. The second time, a woman answered and told me she'd call me later that day...she never called. The third time we spoke to a new woman (on speakerphone) who told us the day, date & time of the class and she confirmed our enrollment. We showed up (15 minutes early per their request) and there was one older employee doing agility with her senior dog, she largely ignored us. Then another woman, also an employee, came in asking us what we were doing there. We said we were there for puppy class and wondered where the instructor (and other people/puppies) were. She said that the instructor's Poodle was having surgery that week so there's no way she would have been starting a new class that day. Ridiculous since both my husband and I clearly heard the date & time AND immediately we both set reminders on our phone. We really wanted to take our puppy here since they have a pretty nice looking agility course and their classes included an intro to it, but they're so disorganized. It is clear that the owner(s) and instructors don't communicate too often or too well. I have five friends who recently got puppies and asked me if this place was good and I told them to steer clear from it.

Have had 4 family dogs take classes with All Dawgs. My own, two of my mom's, and my cousin. We've…read morebeen happy with the experience with the classes in each instance. One of the dogs did continue on with other classes, into the agility one. I will say I know there has been some issues with contact in the past that I've heard of, but we've always been gotten back with. I do recommend and would return here.

I really truly feel compelled to place my very positive experience and observations with both…read moreJanuary and Jason at The Dog Barn. I brought my 9 year old rescue pup to their facilities as I liked that not only do they offer grooming, but boarding, camp AND training. I was in search of all of the above and felt despite some negative feedback here on Yelp that any business that had all these services available must at their core be passionate about the subject at hand. Again, based on my personal experience......I was over impressed. First, the facilities are spotless. No aroma of uncared for animals, no dust or tufts of hair rolling across the floor. Bright and loving animal artwork adorn the walls. All the pups I met appeared well cared for, ears up, alert and happy. When conversing with Jason, the companies trainer, I learned so much! Jason was trained in the Army with dogs and has years of personal and professional experience. It was so clear to me that he is devoted and passionate towards the animals, his chosen trade, business family and community. Ultimately, after an extremely generous free (and required.....which I LOVE) assessment/evaluation both January and Jason determined the traits and factors that made my pup an in appropriate candidate to become a trained emotional support animal. I am so grateful foe their honesty, as I was so anxious to pay the very fair....but costly investment to undergo this process with my pup. It would have been a potentially fruitless and sad experience for both my dog, self and pocketbook. I feel both January and Jason are in this industry with their whole hearts personally and professionally with nothing but sincere intentions. I look forward to socializing and grooming my dog with them in the future. It is without ANY reservations that I would recommend this very capable business. Karen P.
